    I think Exposure to sunlight daily is the best method for us in Srilanka to get vitamin D and Green leaves like Murunga are excellent sources of calcium.Cost effective

There are lot of myths about calcium deficiency and marketers are taking the maximum advantage from those things to pernitrate the general public mind sent from their so called products.
