    I’m a teenager trying to regain some strength after quarantine laziness and this definitely helped. I’ll be coming back to this workout everyday because I want to feel good about my body again.

    I've tried so many core workouts, and this is still my favorite one (and I'm not a mom). It's challenging enough that I get results (semi-toned abs!), but not so intense that my chronic low back pain flares up.

    Sooo, I'm not the target demo for these videos but wanted a gentler ab work out as I tend to overdo my workouts.
    This workout fit the bill. It's a really solid core workout in a short period of time, that protects my lower back.

    Not even a mom but I love this video. First time working out with Anna and I already love her. I like how she talks through the workouts and doesn't count seconds, it helps me zone out. It's also a good one to repeat, I will be saving this!

    I just love working out with anna . The 21 day shape up challenge playlist was awesome and i really hope popsugar fitness would make more playlists of the workouts so that we could follow them blindly .     I’m not a mom but this was a perfect workout for me! This one actually works for the core cause some ab workouts just burn my hip flexors and don’t do nothing for my core

    I'm not a new mom, I'm a 17 year old lesbian with a lot of problems in my lower back area. This really helps with those problems. I don't use this one for my weight loss journey though, more as a workout fir days i dont feel like working out because it's the easiest one.

    I had a 93 heart rate and 65 calories burned. This was a good core workout. I like how you have different levels of the exercise. It really helps. Some videos I have to come up with a completely different exercise because I'm not sure how to modify the one they are doing.

    I read that with pregnancy telomeres get shortened by a tenth time meaning recovery and youth is like almost out of the window . But I won’t be discouraged and those videos are awesome keeping me motivated

    Hi Anna, I love popsugar fitness and the variety of workouts your provide, this one included. However I was put off by how much you kept talking about the fitbit. I understand they sponsored the video but it felt like so much of what you said during this video was an advertisement. I hope this is not the new trend, and that you really just love your fitbit.

      it didn't detract from the exercise at all, and thankfully she didn't give a break in the middle of the exercise to advertise it. I think it was very respectful that she managed to still advertise her sponsor, while not stopping the exercise.

    Thank you for this work out. I recently hurt my foot and haven't been able to do my cardio. This worked my core really well. Can you suggest anything else to help me loose weight and get back in shape without stressing my foot?

    Im doing this for a month now, and my baby is so happy when i lay down on the floor, she will sit on my tummy, or ride on my back and i can't finish my workout, so i decided to do it when shes sleeping.

    This is a very gentle core work out. I will say, although the moves were good, I was a bit disappointed by this video. It's not advertised explicitly as a gentle core work out, nor does it mention in the description that its targeted at new moms. If you are just getting back into building core strength or need something gentle post-baby, this is for you. If you are more intermediate or advanced, this will be too easy for you.
