Tremendous workout! I love rebounding as a warmup before lifting weights - normally I work out on the rebounder with Dr. Mocor (great workouts, too) but today I wanted to try something different . It was more than worthwhile! 🎉❤
I prefer motivating music always when I am exercising and I would rather see a little box at the side showing what's coming next and no chatter. So this one isn't for me😂

I exercise regularly on weekday mornings with a Zoom group of ladies for 30 minutes (strength training) and I usually do cardio on my own, but I get bored with the same routine so it was nice to change things up and bounce! I just got my bouncer and am quickly adapting! Great HIIT workout, Colette!!! I will definitely be interchanging this routing and jog/walking! Thanks for putting out effective content!

This exercise routine looks great, and I love that it brings the heart rate up just as it would with other high impact workouts, yet with the rebounder, the workout is gentle and more low impact on the joints. Such a win win! 🙂

I am here because I needed something easier to do. I fell over twice while ice skating and am badly bruised. This workout was just right for me as I recuperate. I will do another of yours and keep my eyes open for Moore intense workouts later. Thanks.
You can lose roughly 8 to 12 lbs. a month. But don’t grow discouraged because you are sculpting and gaining toned muscle. So you’re still losing fat and toning!

A energy secret . A pinch of sea salt and a zip fizz in a bottle of water just before starting. Takes the straining out of working. I started at 10 mins. now I’m up to 16 mins. Without dying! 😂
Warning: just because it’s described as low impact, be very careful and mindful of your movements. It’s very easy to land wrong or to lose your form on the unstable rebounder surface and doing that over and over in a workout session can do a number on your joints. I had a lot of experience using a rebounder and still severely aggravated the osteoarthritis in my knees. In particular, the high knees when running or jumping easily aggravate unhappy joints.
if you have unhappy joints make sure you aren't eating foods that are high in inflammation like sugar and seed oils (vegetable oil, saflower oil, corn oil, etc.), refined carbs (pasta bread cereal rice).

I used to teach a 60 minute step class and the more you talk while exercising, over time your body adjusts and it becomes easier.

I lost 63 pounds doing 20 seconds fast 10 seconds slow for 8 minutes a day...that is way easier!
