    I think I have anxiety and depression.
    1)My symptoms are÷
    2)I can't sleep at night
    3)I often cry and just feel sad
    4)Brain fog
    5)Talking too fast and forgetting things.
    6)Often twitching, I also sometimes behave abnormally and start jumping.
    7) I don't want to talk to anyone and stay alone but I also hate being alone.

      @@Anjali___4590 don't worry I am too going through this stage, and I have even tried suicide. If you could share your problem with a trusted one like your mom or bestie. I am sure that you'll find a way. I am too going through it and don't know what to do.

    Actually i am not sure that i am suffering from anxiety but here are list of few things that are happening with me
    1 ) I am not able to sleep at night due to over active mind
    2 ) nail biting
    3 ) never able to focus on anything
    4 ) lip biting
    5 ) brain fog

    Crawling inside head,
    Heart rate goes crazy feels like a heart attack ,

      If you are facing same problem you can start yoga , proper Diet, meditation and timely sleeping,
      Within a week you will find huge difference,I tried this it help me alot.

      Ask from those especially who lived their childhood with devils , with panic attacks and fear all around. Ups and downs !??? Even the ups were the lowest downs.
      U really can't motivate even if u try hard ....to someone who is still trying to live their childhood dreams in the body of adults ! .
      For those people whatever u wished for especially PEACE AND LOVE ..... pls don't quit ! Ur time will come believe your heart for surviving the lowests ,

    In these 7 things, i only has Tinnitus. But I'm afraid to go outside and meet people. Whenever I see people, i feel like nervous or embarassed. Afraid to face the things.

      @@muskanjuneja7637 Now I'm feeling good. I got job and back to my old ways. It's all in your head only you can fix this. Just pray and do your own things, like going out for few minutes. Do and face everything by yourself, it will make you stronger and better version of yourself. Trust me bro/sis it really helped me. I fight this anxiety and nothing controls me now. You will get better soon, better days are coming for you.

    "I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but I have hyper anxiety and panic attacks. While sleeping, I feel and see a red lightning bolt starting from my belly and exploding like a time bomb all the way going to my head and exploding. You literally feel like someone has banged your head with a hammer. It's the strangest anxiety symptom I've experienced. Share yours..."

    5- sote huye sans lene me dikkat hona
    6-Hath pair kampna thand lagna maut ka dar hamesha ki mai marne wala hon time ho gaya imotional ho jana asani se ro dena ansu aa jana choti choti bato me dil pe lagana

      Naam jap kro nd seeh the gradual change....trust me....sb theek ho skta h sb kuch mindset h....please chant....apne estdev ka naam jor jor se lena start krdo please if not possible at least in man man m bs pukaaro unhe and apne man se lado use bhagwaan ka naam suna kr jor jor se....nd stop Overthinking coz it will engulf you....patient nhi bnna tumko na hi victim....please yr be practical....heal yourself nd stop being harsh with yourself....kya hi ghut ghut kr jee rhe unnecessarily....jb pta h ki sb mindset h jb bhi lgta h n ki Overthinking ho rhi start journaling nd yato within 5 secs consider it as garbage and useless thing which is destroying youh coz you're feeding your mind faaltu ka hi....mind ko deviate krke start doing something else at that instant moment only....etna busy rho aur aisa busy schedule rakho jisse time hi na mile jo yeh dimaag feed krwana chahta rehta h....physically fit rho agr nai hoto nd agr nai krre yeh sb toh :-start doing excercise,(yoga:- like anom vilom,bharmri and kapaalbharti)and meditation is mandatory....meditation in night before sleeping and morning m utthe hi acchese jisse busy schedule follow kr paoge wrna nai ho paayega follow....stop it yr....kuch nhi h yeh....tum aur sirf tum hi kr skte khudki help aur koi second person nai trust me nobody hn lgta h ki nhi krre hum Overthinking but it's all in your head and hand nd basically tum krre feed mind ko jo woh krwana chah rha chahe maano ya na maano coz krre n tum Overthink khi n khi khud hi koi aur toh nai krra tumahare liye n....mtb hota nai h hum krte h jaan bhujh kr khi n khi jo humhara dimaag chah rha hum usko feed krwa rhe regardless of thinking about our better....aur victim bna leta h hume humhara dimaag bs baat khtm....wese victim bnna bnd krdo eske saamne khud gyb ho jaayega....esko laat maar kr htao aur picha churao isse as soon as possible side kro as soon as possible wrna it's gonna engulf you like hell....thoda heal kro khudko....raat ko feets massage kro 5-10 mins....start doing some Vigrous excercise nd yoga nd do meditation sone se pehle nd subh uth kr....aur thoda explore kro khudko khudki qualities and capabilities pr have a glance nd remember your courageous self....yaad kro acchi memories ko nd kese tum khush rha krte the....glad feel kro ki tum blessed ho nd pay some gratitude to bhagwaan jii nd universe....tum theek ho jaoge aur khudko tum khud theek kroge....stop eating garbage urf junk....stop it anyhow....agr khate ho toh....akele rehna bnd kro agr if you have your loved ones aur if wrna explore and make something your carefree loved ones whom you can share anything like inn nature :- sun,birds, plants,pets,etc....thodi der get morning ka sunlight....thand h av overall toh dhoop will be best to get as it is antidepressant nd indeed it is jaakr have it and agr ho skta ho toh running krna shuru krdo subh ko....aur bs kro sb....implicate it....implicate kroge tbhi theek ho skte....love yourself and give yourself a tight hug....be gentle with yourself and humesha khush rha kro....just smile know....real one....ekdum honest smile by accepting your this situation....don't let it vanish....meri toh estdev Radha h....choose yours....estdev means whose name comes first in your head when you have anything about bhagwaan jii in your head....aur har time bs bhagwaan jii ko yaad kra kro....sone se pehle nd subh utthe hi pay gratitude to bhagwaan jii and universe and sayh thank you for everything and sorry for everything whatever I had just done, speaked and even think bad....sb samarpit krdo bhagwaan jii ko and khudko bhi including your good and bad deeds indeed....and seeh the magic....have faith and believe nd always keep hope....har din ko ek new day ki trh dekho and better self bnne ki kosish kro....trust coz bhagwaan jii nd change is the only constant as nothing is constant except bhagwaan jii nd change in this whole universe....nd ofc it's a universal truth....and yea start listening some spiritual songs like bajrang baan, hanuman chalisa,Rudrastkam n all nd seeh the magic....but faith ke saath hi sb kuch kro tabhi possible h theek hona....nd yea may Radhakrishna always bless you with happy, healthy and prosperous life ahead....go ahead just....visualize and own yourself....🥰🙏🏻🫂🫶🏻💕💞♥️🫰🏻💕shri Radhavallabh Shri Harivansh Jai shree Radhekrishna Hare krishna Radhe Radhe🥰🙏🏻🫂🫶🏻💕💞♥️🫰🏻💕

    Suddenly many thoughts come in my mind and i can't control over those thoughts and this results in shivering my hand and legs , sweating, sudden fever , increased heartbeat😢😢

      Well I have the same I have bad anxiety but whenever I’m around my little sister I try hold my crying in but I’m scared to show my emotions like right now I’m crying sometimes when I’m at school I just feel like I want to cry but I don’t want to bc then other people will see me crying and I don’t like people seeing me cry and I’ll have to go up to the principal office but I have a strict teacher so she will probably talk to me instead of the principal so yeah that’s my life with anxiety

    I literally have 6 of these and the one I don’t have is the first one I have very very bad anxiety 😥 and I’m so lucky that I am getting a therapist Check up on this Sunday my mom says that god may be looking down on us and saying “( I can’t show my name) needs help so I’ll give it to her❤”

      in the serious situation in anxiety you should press your chin with your index finger , if your righty use right hand and vice verse.
      2 You can use your hand too in this you should see you thumb's nail and the skin adjacent to it which touches your index finger , you should touch that area with on your index finger's skin near the nail on the left side.
      I had social , panic and many anxiety and overcomed all by this.
      And many more are there but i cant explain them.

    1 I always feel like throwing up every night, but I’m not
    2 heart beating so fast
    3 can’t sleep expect 10 pm 12 pm
    4 always think about vomiting…
    So first get a ginger and cut the slices out then get some honey don’t eat it just let it out in your tongue just like a gum and you will feel better
    2 grab some lemon and smell it
    3 get some HD medicine to feel better
    That’s all!

      in the serious situation in anxiety you should press your chin with your index finger , if your righty use right hand and vice verse.
      2 You can use your hand too in this you should see you thumb's nail and the skin adjacent to it which touches your index finger , you should touch that area with on your index finger's skin near the nail on the left side.
      I had social , panic and many anxiety and overcomed all by this.
      And many more are there but i cant expalin them.

    Yes I have all these symptoms inside me. After my breakup, I have no confidence in myself at all. I feel very lonely even when I am sitting with everyone. I don't know how to overcome😢

    I get confused and forgetting when i talk, I have all this and i also get afraid around people and get embarassed ,
    and also it is happening me with long time 1-2 years
