A non judge put a stay on the ruling less than an 2 hours. Freedom short lived.

Our wonderful ag got an emergency stay on the injunction from the WA Supreme Court.
Took a couple of hours yet they can’t make daylight savings time permanent.

That's a lie. No, it's the FFL's and Bob Ferguson. If an FFL steps out of line, like Gator's Guns did, Bob Ferguson sues them for millions. That's how the lawsuit that prompted the Injunction started. In fact, almost all of the Sherriff's offices in WA declared they wouldn't enforce it.

WA state is in the 9th Circuit of Appeals. Just like CA!

The injunction only lasted about 3 hours. It has been stayed and the magazine ban is back in effect already.
The injunction lasted a whole 88 minutes! I got a few during the short break 😊

Cowlitz county folks...feel free to drive 45 minutes south to Oregon and score as many standard capacity mags as you want. Sportsmens Warehouse, Cabelas, LGS; they can all set you up. Also, no sales tax in Oregon. 😀😀

I was in line to get some mags right after the ruling and then the ban resumed. The store was packed too! This was in Bellevue, WA.
Ferguson and Inslee ran to the state supreme court and immediately got a stay on the injunction. So we got nothing...

Ferguson knew he couldn’t argue this on constitutional grounds and had a plan to reverse the decision today as soon as it was issued. I got a call from a workmate when I was heading home so I swing over there.

No "maybe" about it... Lasted all of about an hour and a half or so before Turd-ferguson got one of his bought-and-paid-for judges on the WA SC to issue a stay. Not before I (and something like 200-300 others in the LGS I visited) got mine, at least...
And the injunction lasted for about 88 minutes before being stayed...

This is great news, but frankly we were already going to other states to get our mags, and will continue to do so regardless. There is just no good reason to follow this law when half the state disagrees with it.
Take a drive to buy in person and pay with cash. Always buy NOS magazines made way before this ban so the date codes align and can't be traced or tracked. They can't stop you!
