    Obviously the problem is the corruption that now widespread. In theory, the ATF can call a single shot 22 a machine gun and there is nothing anyone can do about it because it will take the Supreme Court a few years to hear the case. After that, even if the case has been justly won, the damage to every day people is done and the government will simply ignore the decision, claim the court to be illegitimate just like New York City as done for the last 20 years.

      that is why "18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law" and "18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights" exist.
      The politicians making these laws knowing they contradict the plain language of the 2nd amendment should be in jail. The agents enforcing these laws should be in jail. And if ANYONE died as a result of any of the gun control laws or enforcement they should be in death row. It's the law.

      The Supreme Court has the ability, if asked by a lawyer to hear a case that is clearly against one of their rulings. So far they have not done anything but send stern letters to the AGs involved. They are toothless by their own making.

    Notice as he mentions who he is he steps backwards. This is a known sales technique sometimes called, ‘the rock back’. What he is doing is moving away from the person he is talking to when he knows he is giving information the person does not want. This gives an impression that the person speaking is not trying to control the listener. Whenever you see someone do this, IMMEDIATELY realize they are trying to control and manipulate you to think they are on your side, when they are actually against you.

    Whenever dealing with any government officials you have the right to remain silent, the right to an attorney and the right to refuse search and seizure. Even SCOTUS recommends saying as little and possible to the police and invoking your rights. Even if they have a warrant you do not have to assist them in any way. And if you must sign anything, i recommend not signing until your attorney looks at it, always make it clear it is under duress and write that on the paperwork. It seems cheesy but it helps when you go to court.

So cops are bureaucrats seeking office lackeys and attempting to use citizens as their private secretaries. They really do not give a crap about the law and bad guys, it all is bureaucracy and BEING SERVED, not serving. Hey boss guess what I just called the number on that letter from the ATF and a guy name Mike call me back did not give me his last name but he said he was ATF in California and the reason they were out there doing this because “no one in California is allowed to own a machine gun”. His words.
    I had to reiterate, at least three times that my concern was that they had contacted someone who simply had performed a search for the restricted item and had not purchased anything. He did not want to address that, even after I said that this is a blatant violation of personal privacy and would have never passed muster when asking a judge for a warrant.
    I believe this is why they are attempting these neighborhood visits - because they don’t have a prayer of getting actual search warrants from a judge who knows the law.
    Furthermore, the FRT was formerly approved by the ATF.
    “ATF Mike” ended up telling me that he didn’t have time to discuss this with me and hung up, not leaving his contact information or giving me an opportunity to ask for it - or his supervisors information. I have been very respectful and definitely not excited about anything when discussing this with him, and all he could do was basically defend illegal actions of the ATF with indefensible excuses. When I told him, these are the reasons why the ATF is suffering in the public eye, he denied that this was happening.
    Now that I have actually spoken with an ATF representative, I hate them even more now, because they are arrogant fascists and nothing more than jackbooted thugs.
    I sincerely hope they read this.

    I asked for a WOT last year for Christmas. I received it as a present, so you can imagine the HELL that was unleashed on me, when someone else got a certified letter in the mail with her name on it, threating to send her to jail with fines. (same letter as shown here) Regretting my decision to ask for it, instead of just buying it myself, I agreed to hire a lawyer and turn it over to them, instead of the 3 letter agency. We wanted no part of them showing up to our door making threats or getting entrapped into making any other statements to incriminate myself. The lawyers agreed the letter was bogus, and even made out in a weird capitalized font (name of person), but he also said that they had unlimited funds to drag it out in court for years on end if need be, for me to keep my $200 trigger. I have been in a private lawsuit in the past, that dragged out for over 3 years, where when I "won", I still lost tons of money in lawyer fees. So it just wasn't worth it. They can ruin you, destroy your sanity, home life, etc.. and still be in the wrong. They just walk away, and move on to the next guy, and leave you broken. I am all for fighting for my rights, but I also didn't want to be living in a tent in my backyard because she kicked me out, because I wanted to make a stand, and ruin her name. All in all, it was a $2700 loss, and I never even got to install the darn thing. Oh.. and one of the first things the lawyer asked us was, "How did they illegally obtain your credit card information?" BTW, I got my WOT at a discounted rate from RareBr**d. So, either they turned me over, or my MasterCard did.

      @jhricht ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@yeeebayeeba4268 Yes.. that is correct. EXCEPT... I don’t care how much data my credit card company has.
