    Thank you. Very effective in releasing excess back tension... and in just 10 minutes. Also liked the "music only" feature and the transition cues; no language barrier to detract from the experience. Please do more of these.

    Thank you, Mady! I came across this video in my search for relief from low back pain last summer. I’ve been doing it consistently and I always feel amazing when I’m done. I have not experienced any back pain since, which enables me to spend every weekend riding my horse, for which I am very grateful!

    First of - thank you for putting this together!
    I’ve been doing it for about 30 days straight, one of the first things I do in the morning before breakfast. I’ve been experiencing lower back pain for a couple of years now and with your 10 min stretching I can already feel a positive difference.
    I love that the video is purely follow along without a single word. That helps me focus on myself and my body.
    The way you put the music together is just perfect. The room/ scenery you work in, gives that amazing vibe + I always appreciate that smile during the yogi squat. Amazing work, keep it going!     I have started this exercise because I got suddenly lower back pain everything was painful trying to get out of the bed after sleeping or sitting down I think it’s because I sit a lot and study but after two weeks of doing this exercise every day, tying not to sit down for too long and walking every one hour for a bit the Pain is finally gone 🎉 for you all out there it will get better

      same here... got lower back pain after a week since I stopped doing daily stretches. will never miss them from now on. started feeling better after the dynamic shoulder bridge, which really addresses the lower spine area. the deep relaxation was the best, almost fell asleep xD

I was on Zoloft for years off and on .. then my Dr put me on Paxil and my anxiety attacks stopped and I have more energy and motivation..the ruminating thoughts also have stopped.. I know every one is different but perhaps my experience can help someone.. bc it’s hell living like that ..

    Ich finde das ist eine gelungene Abwechslung. Ein bisschen lieber mag ich aber die Videos wo Du Anweisungen gibst, da ich dann nicht so oft auf den Fernseher schauen muss und Deine Stimme auf mich schon ein bisschen meditativ wirkt. 🙏😊

    Thank you so much for this. When I was pregnant I gained so much weight. And was always so tired. I never did yoga, at all. Now almost 8 months postpartum, my body always hurts. Especially my back. This is only my second day of doing this video and it’s helped tremendously. I do it right before bed and it helps me feel not only physical relief but also mental relief and helps me peacefully drift off to sleep. I appreciate you more than you know!!

    I love Mady. Her exercises are easy to follow and no annoying relentless talking. The 30 sec timer is great for when you can’t see the TV due to an exercise in progress. These stretches have helped my lower back immensely especially when I do them in the morning,gets me through the day. Thank you so much.👍🏻

      Wow! Habe es mir gerade angeschaut und werde gleich morgen damit anfangen.
      Ich weiß, du hörst das immer wieder, ich lese es auch immer wieder in deinen Kommentaren, aber ich muss es nochmal wiederholen: Durch dich habe ich wirklich Spaß am Yoga gefunden.
      Ich lerne, jede Asana zu genießen und habe mittlerweile richtig Vorfreude auf das morgendliche Yoga Workout.
      Ich habe vor Corona viele Jahre Vereinssport gemacht und bin daher immer eher mit einer leistungsorientierten Haltung an meine Workouts rangegangen, aber mittlerweile muss ich selbst meine Kraftworkouts mit einer Schlussentpannung beenden und habe viel mehr Wertschätzung mir gegenüber und meiner eigenen Praxis entwickelt.

    Btw it would be great if you could add in the description or in the comments, some common mistakes to avoid for each exercise (eg. not breathing through the poses, arching your back etc)

    I was laying on the floor (just randomly tired from work and back pain) when I wondered if I can touch my toes. I wasn’t able to and searched up back stretches, thus I found your video.     After 3 weeks of consistently doing these stretches my lower back pain has subsided and as a secondary benefit I'm much more limber than I've been in a very long time. Who would've thought that just 10mins of stretching every morning would have such benefit on a body! Thank you, Mady!

    i’ve been following this routine for almost a year now. Some times more consistently than others. But what i can say is that it’s single-handedly the most effective relaxation-routine i’ve come across so far. Every time i do this routine i definitely am more relaxed.
    Also the fact it’s show not tell and relaxing music is clutch!

    Day 2 of beginning the day with guided yoga. Right now I’m targeting neck/back/shoulder pains from bad sleep positions. So far, 10 min sessions have lessened the pain almost instantly.

    Sehr schöne Übungen mit Taktgeber. Und auch hier, da lächeln von Mandy zwischendurch. Herrlich. Was fehlt ist aber ihre Stimme. Mein Morgenyoga könnte ich wohl auch ohne Anleitung. Aber Ihre Stimme gehört dazu und ist so beruhigend. Danke Mady.

    Above all the other reasons (like those mentioned by fellow viewers of your channel), your videos made me come back because your genuine feeling of wellness shows from afar. I have yet a lot of work to do and a bunch of mobility to regain, but watching you really gives me confidence and the willingness to become like you - in true harmony with myself, that is.
    Overall, I felt so nicely put back in my bones after just a few short sessions, that I surprised myself thinking I should start learning German 😊

    Ich konnte mich ausnahmsweise mal garnicht richtig konzentrieren, weil ich immer schauen musste was Nyle macht. Und das Ende - I love it!!! ❤️

    This short session has been a life saver. I have a job where I get physically exhausted. I do this after work and I realized significant changes with my back pain. Also, it is super relaxing with the music and the way the moves follow each other. Thank you!!!

    I have been a farrier (horse shoer) for all my life and this ten 10 minutes has saved my back. I do it everyday

    Been having a bizarre lingering back issue. After two months of trying to just not strain it, things have gotten worse. I decided to do a more "active recovery" and doing these stretches was the perfect amount of relaxing and pushing myself to stretch. First bit of relief I've had in a while and I have been doing this routine every night. Thank you

    I really love this format with no talking and a timer to cue you to look. Exercises great too, and you get more in with no interruptions! Which is great if you’re already familiar with the postures. Thank you!!

    Thank you so much for this! I woke up this morning with the worst crick in my neck which just seemed to radiate to my whole back. I've been doing your other workouts for a while, so when I remembered that you had a stretching video for back pains I was so excited to try it out. I'm happy to report that this worked wonders in releasing all that tension. ❤️

    I woke up with the tightest lower back today. I could feel a nerve being pinched from my back to the side of my hip down my leg. Bending down to put my dog's leashes on was a struggle. I usually wait it out but this time I didn't feel like I could. This video helped me so so so much! I now feel like I can move just fine again!

    Ich finde die Sequenz sooo entspannend- am Anfang musste ich oft auf Display sehen- jetzt kann ich alles fast auswendig

    I finally got round to doing this after my sister sent me a year ago, I’ve been training for a 10k run and it has caused really bad left hip and lower back pain to the extent I thought I would need to give up running. I did this set of exercises then the set for hip and lower back after a 7k run and the pain has completely gone!! I shall be making this part of my daily routine now. Thank you 🙏
