This workout is amazing! I am four months post partum. I did this workout once a few days ago and my abs hurt like crazy the next day. I thought I had a stomach ache at first. My abs hurt for two days, especially the top of my abdomen next to my ribs. BUT, now I finally feel NORMAL after pregnancy! My stomach tightened . Thank you for this lovely workout ladies! Keep up the good work 🥰

you can always use mats and cushions and if your elbow hurts because of the weight that is being put on it try and shift your weight so that you are not leaning on your elbow.

I recommend keeping your hands to the sides of your head when crunching because the way your are doing it now puts a lot of stress on your neck...
Instead of pushing neck try to use abs...I do this too...
Yes! If you keep your arms wide you activate different muscles too!
