I did this meditation for the first time today. I have been using your meditations for the past few days. I am studying under a zen buddhist teacher, who recommends that I do a 30 minute meditation at the same time every day. I just finished this one. I loved the nature sounds in it. As I practice my meditation, I am finding myself becoming more mindful of things that I wasn’t even trying to be mindful of, like the short little less-than-a-second breaks in the background nature sounds.
This is probably one of the best guided mediation that I've experienced. If you have good quality headphones 🎧 (,ones that go over your ears), you literally feel like your in nature and she guides you through perfectly . I'm so glad I found mediation, seriously life changing
Carol, as a beginner who struggles to be in the moment this is absolutely my favourite meditation so far. It helps me get into the zone but then leaves me to work on my practice without distraction. I am so grateful. THANK YOU! X

I don’t often like guided meditations. Typically I prefer to focus on my breathing, but often times my mind wanders. I occasionally listen to bowls or other musical sounds during my meditations (10/15 minutes) to help control the wandering. This morning I had more time so I came across this video while looking for a 30 minute meditation. Definitely saving this video for future use.
I was utterly stressed today, in fact for the last 6 days. I’ve heard dozens of meditations, including yours but what I never heard before is to breathe into the space between your spine and the back of your skull. What a revelation! Right on the first breath into that space I felt the tension in my head and upper body go away! This will be repeated listening for me. Thank you so much!

Just started meditating daily almost a month ago, most of the times I do 5 to 15 minutes, this was my first time doing 30 minutes, I felt great afterwards, I will definitely do this meditation at least two to three times a week 👍🏾❗❕❗❕❗
Longer meditations can be so beneficial because it can take a while to really fully unwind and switch gear and having more time really allows us that space. So glad to hear you found this one helpful, thanks for getting in touch.

Chronic mouth & tongue pain since Jan'22 at nearly 50, after multiple life changes including relocation. Finally found a resource that helps me switch off the tension and pain, at least temporarily for now. Thank you for providing these - this is my first video ❤️🙏
I’m so glad it was helpful. There’s interesting research that shows meditation, with time can change the way your brain interprets pain and with daily practice can reduce your experience of pain as much as morphine, so I really hope you can find long term improvement too. Wishing you all the best 💛

hadda stop only a little after 28 min mark because this got me sleepy and seeing things, having conscious dreams, etc. i’ve never sat this long for meditation. usually it’s 15 min, but i wanted to challenge myself to stay more consistent with it, and this was flat out great!!
it's so good to feel my body being guided my you, the nature sound and your voice is so calming thet for a moment i didn't feel my sorounding from then on i listen to this every time

I've been struggling with depression for nearly 3 years now. Recently it got worse with panic attacks, feeling completely unsafe in the world and seeing things move in the corner of my eyes. I am pretty adept in meditations, or rather I was, and normally always do meditations for envisioning, manifesting, letting go, accepting etc. I tried one of these before I came to this video just now. But it was just too much. Your video was so simple, yet so powerful, and for the first time in some weeks I felt true relief just by focussing on relaxing and calming down. That's what I need for now, before I can go change the world. Thank you so much.

I've been struggling with depression for nearly 3 years now. Recently it got worse with panic attacks, feeling completely unsafe in the world and seeing things move in the corner of my eyes. I am pretty adept in meditations, or rather I was, and normally always do meditations for envisioning, manifesting, letting go, accepting etc. I tried one of these before I came to this video just now. But it was just too much. Your video was so simple, yet so powerful, and for the first time in some weeks I felt true relief just by focussing on relaxing and calming down. That's what I need for now, before I can go change the world. Thank you so much.

I regularly listen to a couple of channels who I love and I never imagined I'd find one that pipped the other amazing meditations to the post. Your earth journey does this for me. It's simply like oxygen, takes me way back through physical sensations I have felt, sun on my skin, sea water as my view, it makes me profoundly aware. It transports me to a very happy & peaceful time in my life. After years of meditation, this for me is outstanding. Keep well and keep safe.

I enjoyed this half guided meditation, it allows me to follow the steps at the beginning and then explores on my own. The first half really helped me to get relaxed, both body and mind, so that it gets easier in the second half. Thank you! 🙏
