30 Minute Bone Deep Breathing Meditation and Full-body Relaxation

- This is a bone deep guided breathing meditation to help you relax from head to toe and meditate deeply. The guided part of the meditation last for 25 minutes and then there’s 5 minutes of stillness, unguided without any talking.

Reasons to Love Your Bones....
We often think of our bones as dead, but our bones are actually completely amazing and very much alive! Here are 4 ways they support you (other than preventing you from becoming a jelly-like blob on the floor)….
1/ Bone marrow is like a factory for immune cells and blood cells. Every day billions of new blood cells and immune cells are created and released.
2 / Your bones are lighter, but stronger than some types of steel. Engineers are unable to replicate anything quite like your bones.
3/ Your bones are in a constant state of remodelling, old bone breaks down and new bone takes its place (within about 10 years your current skeleton will have been entirely replaced).
4/ Your bones sacrifice themselves to save you! Whenever your blood becomes too acid they donate some of their calcium to balance your blood PH, without this it would be game over!
You can look after your bones by meditating…
1/ Stress actually makes your bones weaker. Cortisol blocks the process of new bone replacing old bone, so we lose more than is replaced. We naturally lose bone density as we age, so stress in effect prematurely ages your bones.
2/ When you’re stressed your bones switch on genes in the immune cells before they leave ‘the factory’ that put them into attack mode. When your immune system is on attack mode for long periods of time this can cause chronic inflammation.
Why is chronic inflammation bad?...
Chronic inflammation creates fatigue, brain fog, depression, digestive issues, body aches and joint pain. Many of the things we associate with aging are actually created by inflammation. Chronic inflammation over time creates havoc in the body and is a factor in chronic diseases like IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease), Cardio Vascular Disease, Fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions like Diabetes and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Stress is inevitable (we’re collectively going through one of the most stressful times in recent history), but you don’t have to fear stress or feel stressed about being stressed.
Your body can cope with bursts of stress as long as you take time to come out of stress mode and put your nervous system into 'repair mode' (parasympathetic state) on a regular basis. You can do this by meditating regularly.
This will help your bones and reduce inflammation in the long-run.
Meditative breathing exercises are like flipping a switch on your nervous system and body awareness practices release body tension that would otherwise keep your body in stress mode.
When you meditate you don’t just benefit during the meditation, your body benefits from the switch in your nervous system long after you’re finished meditating.
This video is designed to show your bones and body some love, and by doing this you can help keep your bones strong, your immune system in balance and your body healthy. I hope you enjoy it, sending you and your bones lots of love!

Caroline I came across this meditation today. I have osteoarthritis on my left knee. I have overcome several health issues naturally (rheumatoid arthritis, blood pressure to name a few). through diet change, meditation, thinking positively and intermittent fasting however my knee pain is being a little stubborn and I was searching for bone deep meditation and your meditation came up. This is the longest meditation I’ve done without sleeping or stopping, usually I get bored after 5 min, but this was GOOD wow
Do you know how much this helps? First of all, whatever compelled you to do this intrigues me and you add so much value to the world in general for being that considerate and taking the steps necessary to do this, you have no idea how awesome it is and you should be proud of yourself for every thing you contribute to the well-being of the entire world and especially those suffering mental issues, which things like this can release so much suffering and maybe even has the potential to cure people entirely.There is a lot of obstructions but from my experiemce, once someone decides to compromise.and adjust their own lifestyles, this can really work its miracles. Your voice is beautiful, good job on that and very soothing, peaceful and in a way it made me take the time to write this. Collectively, you are amongst the most significant experiemces of my life thus far. You increase my disposition towards myself, others and the entirety of all existence.

Caroline this is God sent...I had saved it some time back and came across it today. Yesterday diagnosed with temporal bone malignancy having just undergone colon cancer. I did this one last night while breastfeeding my 4 month old baby girl after a chaotic day with the 5 year old brother and 1 1/2 year old “moose” of a dog Rex who’s just as much of a kid as my son they act like brothers. Both are both high energy and feed off each other and constantly have to remind not to be crazy inside. I put this on and held my Smokey quartz and my son came in and snuggled fell asleep instantly and then their dad came in to day hi and lied down and passed out instantly for the night. Amazing meditation thank you so much! Today I felt stress free and happy thank you again!
