Caroline I came across this meditation today. I have osteoarthritis on my left knee. I have overcome several health issues naturally (rheumatoid arthritis, blood pressure to name a few). through diet change, meditation, thinking positively and intermittent fasting however my knee pain is being a little stubborn and I was searching for bone deep meditation and your meditation came up. I did it this morning and it was amazing and very relaxing. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world.🙏🏼❤️

First of all, whatever compelled you to do this intrigues me and you add so much value to the world in general for being that considerate and taking the steps necessary to do this, you have no idea how awesome it is and you should be proud of yourself for every thing you contribute to the well-being of the entire world and especially those suffering mental issues, which things like this can release so much suffering and maybe even has the potential to cure people entirely.There is a lot of obstructions but from my experiemce, once someone decides to compromise.and adjust their own lifestyles, this can really work its miracles. Your voice is beautiful, good job on that and very soothing, peaceful and in a way it made me take the time to write this. Collectively, you are amongst the most significant experiemces of my life thus far. You increase my disposition towards myself, others and the entirety of all existence.

Doing this bone deep meditation , feeling my bones, loving and breathing into my skull, rejuvenating my entire skeleton....Heavenly. Thank ❤ you so much for this Unique and thoughtful meditation. I did this one last night while breastfeeding my 4 month old baby girl after a chaotic day with the 5 year old brother and 1 1/2 year old “moose” of a dog Rex who’s just as much of a kid as my son they act like brothers. Both are both high energy and feed off each other and constantly have to remind not to be crazy inside. I put this on and held my Smokey quartz and my son came in and snuggled fell asleep instantly and then their dad came in to day hi and lied down and passed out instantly for the night. Amazing meditation thank you so much! Today I felt stress free and happy thank you again!

I discovered this a few days ago. I'm trying to bring my body "down" from trauma-induced hyper-alertness. Deep-muscle relaxation helps, & this meditation is now in my toolbox as one of several that I use every morning. After literally decades of being unknowingly caught in a chronic cringe, it's delicious to feel my body unfolding & straightening out. Thank you!

I was having a meltdown last night and this helped so much. I was looking for something to regulate my vagus nerve and nothing else was working because apparently that's not a popular guided meditation topic and I was sobbing and then I found your video and it was perfect and it helped calm me down and just thank you

Good evening, Caroline. I keep coming back to this meditation. Most of the time it really works. Today was a little rougher than usual. I did two sessions back to back. I guess I’m a little better, but still all over the place emotionally.
I’m 37 got osteopenia and fibromyalgia after doing many different relaxation techniques this one I stumbled on is fantastic. My whole body feels relaxed and like I could actually sleep more that an hour due to pain. Thank you so much xx

Wonderful ❣️ I discovered this going to bed last night and fell asleep to it ( not even realizing there’s a sleep version as well!) Upon awakening today I decided to revisit. The breathing, particularly up and down the spine had me feeling oceanic~ like seaweed unfurling and releasing in deep ocean tidal movement. At one point I felt like a giant whale, so peaceful… I love the info in description and will be revisiting 🙏🏼 🌊 💖

I’m 37 got osteopenia and fibromyalgia after doing many different relaxation techniques this one I stumbled on is fantastic. My whole body feels relaxed and like I could actually sleep more that an hour due to pain. Thank you so much xx

Wonderful ❣️ I discovered this going to bed last night and fell asleep to it ( not even realizing there’s a sleep version as well!) Upon awakening today I decided to revisit. The breathing, particularly up and down the spine had me feeling oceanic~ like seaweed unfurling and releasing in deep ocean tidal movement. At one point I felt like a giant whale, so peaceful… I love the info in description and will be revisiting 🙏🏼 🌊 💖

Amazing! I get severe anxiety and panic, very psychosomatic, it sucks... anyway, I usually get it more at night. I had it before I did this meditation. This just really helped me calm down so much! I feel so much better right now wow! I am so grateful. Thank you so much. 🙏

This is the longest meditation I’ve done without sleeping or stopping, usually I get bored after 5 min, but this was GOOD wow
