  • This breathing meditation is great as a one off or as a regular daily practice for slowing your mind and settling into calm and stillness, whilst deeply nurturing your physical wellbeing.
    When used regularly the breathing we’re doing together encourages your body to breathe better not just during the meditation - but all the time, which has a huge ripple effect into the way you feel and function.

    The breathing meditations are my absolute favorite. Focusing on the breathing is the fundamental of life itself. God speaks to me every time I start focusing on my breath. Thank you for this wonderful meditation.

    Thank you so much for this meditation! I am just getting back into breathing during my prayer meditation. I have a set of Unitarian Universalist prayer beads. Throughout the circle of 28 beads, there are sets of five breath prayyer beads. The idea is to say a 2-line prayer, once per breath bead, one line on the inhale and one line on the exhale. I found this practice helpful as I prayed today. My breath prayer is:
    Inhale: come as you are,
    Exhale: believing as you do.
    It’s a line from the vision statement at my church :)
