How this never connected with the American audience is crazy to me. Yo-Kai Watch is on par or to some even better than Pokemon. I hope we can eventually see YKW 4 get localized for the west and get that nice “Switch effect” in terms of sales.
All production done by Level 5 Localization to the West of Yo-Kai Watch was pronounced discontinued towards the end of last year sometime, unfortunately due to poor sales of the products. You can always import Yokai Watch 4 since Switch games aren't region locked and the console automatically will translate to the console's region (if language is supported suchas Asia-English Subtitles)

Take notes other companies. This is how you do advertising videos. Love the comedy and inclusiveness off the characters. They really meshed well. Nothing felt forced and unnatural. Totally looking forward to my Yokai Watch 2 adventures!

Honestly this seemed pretty forced to me, espesially the way he said "they were a pain on the last adventure, their pretty strong though" or something. Of course I've never been a fan of pokemon dialogue or what I consider terrible voice acting either.
Just to hopefully stop some "Pokemon Ripoff" comments, it isn't any more of one than Kirby is of Mario, or Smash Bros of Street Fighter. Same genre, vastly different gameplay.
(And besides, if it were a rip-off, why would Nintendo be pushing for it to succeed so much?)

i'll be blunt with you pokemon fans this is a game with so much fun content that it's what pokemon would merely dream to be
Both are great but Pokémon and Gamefreak have gotten lazy and the fans let them.
Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon is great. I only played 2 hours of it and dropped it. It was not my cup of tea. I'm playing Yokai Watch and get hooked. A really fun game.
Still waiting for sesson 3 but this will make it

yeve the awesome dog i think season 3 might be yo Kai watch 3. Which isn't out. We might be getting some kind of 2.5 for Oni Evolution and Psychic Spectres.
I wish I didn't have to buy the game again to get the full experience, but such is life.
I know this comment is old but like Nate says at the end of this video, you can transfer data to Psychic Specters. Then, you can sell your old version to get most of your money back.

They've put Busters mini game in this. Doubt you'll ever see busters coming out in English.

MegaGamer 14 I think for the kinda game it is the battle system isn't half bad. It's not a game that requires an awful lot of skill in rpgs, just timing I found. It was a bit weird when I played the first one but I got used to it quick.
