He did by sanctioning her and now making it difficult for her to ever get her child back. A psychological evaluation by the toughest professional and now she has to pay for each time she disrespected him and a drug test that he is sure she won’t comply with, which subsequently renders it positive if she doesn’t take it. She’s in more trouble than we all realize.
That judge doesn’t want her eligible for council. Clearly she does not understand how the court works. Plus he gets to sanction her $100 per each time she acts up. This judge is actually a soft spoken savage 😂

That's what she thinks, but many years later this money will have built up into a bigger bill and by then she will have cleaned up, got her life in order, got a good job and when she is about to retire she will receive a bill which will be taken from her retirement. America is a financially vindictive country. She is putting up a show now thinking she looks cool but when she is 65 she will find herself with a $10000 bill and considering this is a recording she will regret it but the bill will be there.

Imagine how she acts when not on a broadcasted court zoom spraking to a Judge. Such open disdain and disrespect. Im.glad he fined her as soon as he warned her. I mean, she started out volitile, all the weed she smokes cant seem to mellow her out at all... or maybe this is her mellow, good.gref. i cant even imagine having to co parent with such a person.

I am amazed at how many people confuse talking loudly and angrily with having backbone. This judge is soft-spoken and even tempered, but he most certainly has backbone. He is not allowing his emotions to take control for a second and she does not get what she wants in any shape or form. She continually tried to goad him and instead of giving her what she wanted he got almost comically calm, while still setting firm boundaries. He did not buy into her argument. She may also have serious mental health issues, and her bad behaviour may be beyond her control.

I am irritated that the judge is too patient with her! She needs some time in jail!!
She's correct, they can't make an evaluation mandatory. But her chosing not to comply is her chosing to not do whats best for her children. Obviously it wouldn't matter. She doesn't think her time with her children is worth the effort. And honestly it's for the best. No child deserves a mom that would not only embarrass herself, but embarrass her children in such a manner. It's painfully obvious she's too narcissistic to care about anyone but herself. Her children are probably more mature than their mother. The sooner she's out of their lives, the sooner they can grow and move on with their lives in a peaceful manner.
No free attorneys for civil… (in most jurisdictions). Bummer. An attorney representing her would be very helpful… for the court anyway lol.

Cannot stand the voice of this judge! It's awful irritating and he should speak loudly all judges are encouraged to speak loud so the court reporter hears. without asking him to repeat thus delay hearings etc. I know it's videotaped but stil transcribing his ridiculous voice is rude ! thus judge knows better . I feel as though hs keeping his voice like that intentionally! If not he knows better to speak up then. He's rude speaking like he is! Plain rude you can't hear or understand him! @crissvartur it's a custody hearing!!!! To decide who has legal and physical custody. The father has had physical custody. Mom is using the law as a weapon to harass and harm the father. This is call frivolous allegations and is unlawful and sometimes criminal. If ur gonna act all high horses and try to correct someone, actually listen to the orders and do ur research when available. I stand by my statement if a father would have done this at a custody hearing he would have lost all custody rights and been held in contempt. As per court conduct and procedures.
