@@autumnrene807 Me too. He makes me soo mad most of the time so i dont watch him usually either. Even in this he started giving the Dad flack for sending his kid on vacation when he had to work. He then started asking about hugs and kisses seemingly seeking something wrong with the dad. This judge gets mad at the fathers for not paying but also when working. He needs to get disbarred.

Yes in this one video he sorta of did the right thing, you should see the other 1000's of cases where he lets the mother get away with way too much and sides with the mothers regardless. He almost didn't have a choice this time since it was the 3rd contempt yet he still only did the bare minimum

I knew she was lying the moment she said he got upset about the kid acting tomboyish. He was taking her to football and wrestling events...clearly he didn't care about her being a girly girl. I think she’s actually upset with the dad because the dad is OK with who she is no matter how she feels about herself. I don’t believe that child has gender dysphoria. I believe the child is just a tomboy growing up and finding who she is. Mom doesn’t like it and the daughter is distancing herself from her mom and connecting with dad on a tomboy & girl dad basis. So mom is trying to isolate her from her dad and wiping her nature/personality by making her believe she has gender dysphoria

Not only that, but for the mother to say that the father should be doing his own thing for therapy for the daughter instead of working together and having the daughter see ONE therapist the whole time. One thing I hate about therapy is having to start ALLLLL over and explaining everything after already doing so with one. That lady is foul for taking it out on the father.

He should have been awarded custody. Plain and simple. The child is old enough to be in court and tell the judge who she wants to live with.

100%. If the father had a problem with her gender dysphoria then why did he take her to sporting events like wrestling? She also had zero evidence of him ever saying that he had a problem with that. Every psychiatrist will tell you that just because a child says something in therapy doesn't make it true. Oftentimes, children want to please the parents and because the mom has the most parenting time she's going to say whatever her mother has told her to. It's the job of the psychiatrist to tease out the truth from what a child says. Gender dysphoria is no joke and if a parent isn't on board with it then the psychiatrist's job is infinitely harder. If the child had said that her dad wasn't on board with it then the psychiatrist would verify that with him. Just the fact that the psychiatrist hasn't called him about any of this shows that either the child never said it or the psychiatrist didn't believe it. Acting tomboyish doesn't mean you have gender dysphoria. It means that you're a person that doesn't conform to the traditional norms of femininity. That's a whole other ballgame from gender dysphoria. If the mom had wanted to prove her claim about all of this she would've asked the psychiatrist to testify. It's suspicious that she didn't and only brought the reports of what her child said. I'd question everything she said about that because of it. And the dad has a point. The mom has been keeping his child from him for years, long before puberty was ever a factor. She always has an excuse. The judge was right to put her in jail. Clearly fining her and ordering make-up time with the dad hasn't worked. Maybe some nights in jail will. And the more she does it, the longer the jail time.

I was raised by my dad. He was the one that sat me down & explained my menstrual cycle to me. It was uncomfortable for him I am sure, but he made sure we had that conversation & normalized it in our home. That’s what a father does. This guy is THAT guy.
Same as a matter of fact my 19 year old brother walked 5 total miles to the closest store to buy me pads because my dad was at work and I think after calming me down because I thought I was dying😂😂😂😂 he needed to space to calm down.

The only thing that pisses me off, is that the judge acts like the dad is wrong for letting the daughter spend time with his family. When you only get your kid every other weekend, alternating holidays, and a few weeks in the summer, in that limited amount of time the child has a right to bond with your family too 😐.

I was raised without a father... when I was divorced, I made it a special point to encourage any and all visits and overnights with his Dad. His Dad paid no child support or alimony but that was never part of the equation. The most important thing was that they had a good relationship. One Christmas when his Dad sent no gifts.... I bought gifts and said they were from his Dad. I never wanted my son to suffer the way I did as a child. The child's best interest is always the most important.

Madam, you obviously put the future of your child and their mental health first, even when it meant covering for the father and taking money out of your pocket; you are the type of parent every child needs and deserves. I’m sorry the dad didn’t support his child monetarily - he should have - and the fact that you realise that them having the dad in their life is priceless and gives them a much better chance at a happy and normal life, and did everything you could to make it happen, is to your endless credit.

I need a judge like him. My kids were hidden from me for 8 years when I had court ordered visitation, she then illegally adopted out my youngest two children while fully kidnapping my oldest son I had full custody of from my first marriage. The Harrison County Sherrif's office in Texas threatened me with life in prison for stalking if I called her or them again to complain about not getting my visitation. They allowed her to kidnap my son. And the abuse my children have now told me they endured at her hands and the hands of her boyfriend's is unacceptable.

I know, really! After I divorced, my teen stepdaughter would come over when I picked up my biological 5 year old. The teen happened to have her first period while she was with me. She called her mom and told her, who insisted she come back to her house. But my stepdaughter said she was fine, that I could take her to the store to get some products for it. After a little back and forth of her mom insisting she come back to her, she finally let it be. I took her to get the products, her mom advised her on their use over the phone, and that was that.
The father looked like he was holding back tears at the end. He's a good guy, I can just tell.
I'm really glad to see a custodial parent actually punished for this! Children need both parents to be involved and if dad is there and seems to be doing a great job this mom deserves jail for interfering with that.

My mother did this crap I was 9 when she divorced my dad and she spent every second making our lives bad! If he took me to the house where he lived with his gf she got on the phone and told him he wasn’t supposed to have me there??🤦🏻♀️ That’s where he lived! And then she moved me 6 hours one way and seeing him was only for a week in the summer! She knew he couldn’t afford to fight her and at 12 I’d had enough and took off to live with him and his 3rd wife my (mom) and I didn’t go back to her except once I moved in with her and after 4 weeks I an a friend hitchhiked from Oklahoma back to Ark! Don’t think for a minute this doesn’t affect the child I was willing to ride with strangers just to get away! The court needs to put this child with the father and put her in jail!

I’m a divorce mother of a daughter and I cannot began to explain how much it matters to me that my ex-husband is a daddy to our daughter. If you love your babies then making sure they know both of their parents love them and even though they are no longer together they still share a family and their wellbeing is 100% the top priority. Our daughter is the absolute best of both of us, she is the greatest gift he ever gave me and I would never ever damage her. I’m sorry if you feel differently and that’s ok. Sometimes my kiddo doesn't want to go to her father's during his time with her. I talk her into going. I talk about all the fun she will have and how she won't miss fun times with me by going to her dad's. We don't have a court order but I always make sure that she gets to see her dad and he sees her at least every other weekend, most holidays, and multiple weeks during the summer. The fact the mom either talks her out of going or just refuses to let her go isn't benefitting the daughter in any way. She clearly doesn't want to have her child see her father. Parents should never withhold the child from the other parent unless they suspect abuse or neglect and she didn't believe the child was in any danger.
Also not learning to do your child's hair because it's a different hair type than you are used to is disgusting. All parents should put in the effort to learn how to take care if their child's hair. It probably causes the kiddo bullying or self esteem issues because the mother isn't taking care of her properly. It's so messed up.

I’m a mom of 2 boys! I’ll say this!! When they’re dad takes them - I am more than happy to have them go just because I can have some me time- I love my kids a lot but spending time with myself is pouring back into me so that I can be the best mom to them once they’re back! That is my biggest motivation-kids need both parents!!! I can never understand how some parents - wait- I can never understand how some women think it’s ok to alienate their child from the father. If she spent her time working on herself instead of working on keeping her child from dad - she wouldn’t be so bitter

Great job judge. Mom has shown a pattern of this behavior and even after 3 contempts she tried again. Interesting that Dad was not in town, it means she had to spend longer time in jail as he had to road trip to receive the child into his custody.
The judge is garbage. It shouldn't have even taking 3 contempt and should have been longer. This judge has screwed over so many fathers and hurt so many kids being so biased towards women. This being in the 5% but 95% if both parents are claiming the other is lying, he sides with the mother.

We are talking about how sever a judge should act if one parent is accused of misconduct. So address that
I got divorced when my kids were young but my ex and I always made sure the kids knew they were loved by us both. My oldest is 32 now and even though ive been remarried for 27 years, my ex comes to my house for 4th of July and Thanksgiving. That makes me proud of the job we did but mostly just happy that my adult kids never have to choose between parents. I can't imagine the damage this crap does to children
