Also, TH-cam/Google and Facebook are private companies so the First Amendment doesn't matter at all if they were to decide that they don't want the posts on their platform. Also she has a court order not to post, which the First Amendment doesn't override.

Mom doesn't realize that by taking her hatred for her daughter's father to the public domain on social media is not in her child's best interest and she's clueless as to how it would adversely affect her daughter emotionally to have her mother hate her father to the extent that everyone knows and thus her daughter's classmates would catch wind of it too.

@@Joe333Smith You're clearly not getting it in the same way that she isn't. I firmly believe in freedom of speech. However, there are limits to that freedom such as not inciting violence, not defaming people, and not harassing people. Those are ILLEGAL and not protected.

She’s this way because the courts have allowed it….she is a bully and they are letting her be one. She will do anything and everything she can and bulldoze her way thru every court appearance and everything. She’s arrogant and condescending and her butt should have been in jail a few yrs ago…I watched this quite a bit in the beginning but had to stop simply because no matter what she did or said nothing happened to her. It’s a disgrace and a shame that she’s been allowed to take it this far. That poor man has been thru absolute hell….and she runs all over everyone. She should never have any rights to that child. She needs a judge to tell her to cease & desist in her actions. She understands everything that she’s been told…she chooses to ignore. Ohhhhhhh, I remember this woman! She's got a TON of her hearings online. She did insane things to try and get around the TRO (pl?) including pamphlets she posted outside the school to get her daughter's attention. This went on for years and there are hours and hours of her testimony. At one point, there was even a web page dedicated to exposing her foolishness. One of her lawyers was so bad I think she ran afoul of the bar. I never saw this hearing though. Glad to see the daughter is still with her father.

Just so people know: Lydia Hubbell is the “mother’s” name. She has a TH-cam channel under her name. She lost custody of the child in this case bc she refused to clean her hoarded house. She was living on a mattress on the floor of her living room with her daughter until they removed her from her care. The entire 3 bdrm house was so cluttered that only a small space in between the front door and the fridge. She also lost custody of her older kids when they were young (2002) bc she refused to get a psych eval and follow all the recommendations. She’s a serial abuser and a compulsive liar.

I've watched all this, think it lasted a few years. Mon has serious issues, Dad retained full custody & Mom gave up.
It's always bad that the parent feels the need to harass the other parent. It severely affects the child.

I’ve seen this family’s family court hearings. This lady is something else.
Many years ago, I would watch Judge Judy in the afternoon when I came home from work and sat down to relax for a short period of time. One of the things that always made me laugh when there was contention between a husband and wife that were divorced or a girlfriend or boyfriend that were separated and it went as follows: “you picked him, he picked you“ It is always amazing to me that you wouldn’t realize almost immediately when someone is off the rails or heading in that direction and get rid of them instead of marrying them or having a child with them. That goes for both sides.
More words from a Judge. More actions and repercussions are needed. Who is going to take that step rather than kicked the can down the road?
If I was having to deal with that harpy, the authorities would have to do DNA testing in the Everglades t figure out what happened to her.

My ex and I made an agreement where our daughter is concerned. We will not 💩talk the other parent especially in public. We will get along in front our daughter regardless of how we feel about each other. New girlfriends/boyfriends will not be introduced to our daughter until we know it’s serious. We will all get along for our daughter’s sake. Personal feelings have absolutely nothing to do with your child.
