Love the review. I have the BB pro too with a 6.5 wrist size. The thickness doesn’t bother me at all & wears really well. What i like the most is its aesthetics & has been a favorite of mine
Really good review video. Of course it would be nice if it were thinner. I was also judging it based on photos, videos and stats but it was only when I saw it in the flesh that I realised it wasn't so bad! I reckon it won't wobble around as much with the T Fit clasp as well. I'm very tempted to pull the trigger on one now!
I have this watch and love it, even on a leather nato increasing the thickness, helps bring some warmth to the design especially with the yellow GMT hand as opposed to the warmer orange on the Rolex Explorer II. Been wearing mine for a little over a month and mine seems to be just out of spec accuracy wise, gaining over 5 seconds a day which is a little disappointing. That's likely one area the Rolex Explorer II has the leg up as they are regulated to a tighter +/-2spd.
Imho, it all depends on how it was regulated. A lot of my Tudors run better than my 5 digit Rolex watches. My 16570 is running +4 or 5 a day. Tudor and Rolex movements are very accurate regardless.
Love the look of the watch but too small for my preference so I went with the Rolex Explorer II. Beautiful tool watch with classic looks, great job Tudor!
Everyone’s still complaining about the thickness? It’s not that big of a deal. And that mock riveted bracelet goes with the whole vintage vibe Tudor was aiming for. I’ve sold many of these. Very popular. Probably will find a low cost wearer with a few scratches and dings for a daily wearer. The prices are well below retail now that the mania has died down from the Basel 2022 release and the big slow down.
Hmm. Cost no object I'd get an Explorer II Polar. But stupid money of Rolex these days, since it was just a couple years ago you could have had the Explorer II for under $7K and now it's crazy money, I'd have to put this Tudor on top. If they had a polar white dial option, it would be a no-brainer, IMO. Chunky for sure, but that may actually be some of its charm.
I have the half link on mine. Reason being with 9 links the tfit clasp has to be on the maximum extension otherwise it's too tight which means you can't extend the bracelet when your wrist swells. With 10 links and the t fit clasp set to the minimum you can't shorten the bracelet if your wrist contracts. And you can't extend it because it's just too loose. For my wrist size, with the half link you can use the full range of motion on the tfit clasp when your wrist expands and contracts. Just an unfortunate thing about particular wrist sizes
Nice review! I own the watch and love it! Just such a great looking sports watch and excellent quality! And, honestly, the thickness is not a big deal when wearing on the wrist. I don't even notice it.
Blimey, that’s a thick watch. I’m right in thinking this is thicker than a Black Bay chronograph? That’s silly…… as long as you like it. The that’s the main thing.
5:40 @Horology project, man can you please 🙏 help me about “Uncle Sam’s” half links available for sale in Europe man ???? Niceeeeeee Tudor collection man have myself few Tudor’s “I’m poor” can’t afford Rolex 🤓 My Rolex if I’ll buy it will be a Sky-Dweller blue sunburst dial end story… hahahah we all say that wright! Man ! Please 🙏 ask/send me a msg about Uncle Sam’s Half link to we in Europe man !!!!! Have to agree we do not need gold platinum, white gold bla bla bal Billionionar’s watch’s 🤓 Rather buy a nice Porsche GT3 or BMW M5 instead a Platona 😊
I don’t work for Uncle Seiko. I think they are just Uncle now. The guy who runs it is a stand up dude. We’ve talked a few times, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him.

Same here…now on the dilemma: What next? What other watch could complement this one and be good enough to share the wrist time?
I just got this watch unexpectedly (looking at a BB 41) and this called to me. It wears very comfortably and the thickness isn't an issue.
That’s awesome. Congrats!
Thickness not an issue. We are just used to a thinner piece. Once you have something like this for a while, it becomes the new normal.

It’s great sports watch. It’s not as diverse as a 16570, but value wise, it’s incredible.
Yah. This is a very useful and helpful review. Every collection of watches may need to have this watch.

Amazing watch. Simple as that despite the thickness complaints. Fully agree with your observations. Thx for the video!
Glad it was helpful! I hope you stick around!

Good job on this video! I want one of these some time I’ve owned a Tudor ranger before…
Go for it! It’s a great watch. Thanks for watching my video. I hope you stick around.

It’s hard to beat the price these are trading at. It’s a cool watch.
Nice vid. I own the 58 and I absolutely love it because of it’s proportions. Cheers.
Good choice! It’s really the perfect sizing.
BB58 would be my perfect GADA had it have a date at the 6pm mark while maintaining thickness.. hopefully soon..

Why do you need the ½ link when you have the T Fit clasp?
I'm also wondering the same??

Wrist size?
Roughly 6.5-.75

It doesn't wear its dimensions. I have this and the 58.
How are you enjoying this in comparison to the bb58?
Wears very well I'm wearing mine now
I think you're supposed to say, "thicc" in order to be down with the kids. Fam.
Have you ever tried one one bud or seen one in the metal?

Have to say it’s probably the best watch for the money. Yes it’s too thick but the diameter is perfect. I’m trying not to buy this lol
Haha. That may be a losing battle!
@@horologyproject completely agree lol
Boom
Promo>SM 😇
Bello ma quel spessore non mi convince. no
It’s too thick unfortunately
2 mm thinner would be a dream
You are doing a big mistake saying "watch game" makes absurd. Sounds like a fleeting hobby!
