i love the black bay pro. Tudor is making such gigantic leaps forward with every release. baby wrists or no, it honestly wears just fine on your wrist.
I got my bb Pro yesterday! I contrarily enjoy the thickness. Which is why I had no interest in waiting for the new movement to trickle into more designs. The Pro looks thicker than it feels, and the t-fit makes it easy to keep the top heaviness hunkered down. I also might be different, since I like to "feel" like I'm wearing a watch sometimes. The textures on the dial are also amazing. The ceramic lume plots, hands, gmt hand with matching text, date window. Through the loupe, it's awesome.
Man, this watch is the most beautiful piece of the Tudor collection. I LOVE this watch, it is so elegant, it has an adventure spirit to it - and that yellow is beautiful as it comes! My preferred part of this watch is the bracelet, the tapering is perfect, elegant and just PERFECT. It is the best bracelet.
100% support your video! I got mine February 23. It is still my most worn watch by far! It just pops a lot in the light and has this somehow robust style. Just perfect cool thing.
Best Tudor today. Have mine since they launched it and never had an issue with the thickness. Of course, if Rolex release their current explorer at 39mm, then that will be even better.
Head to your local AD and get the nato yellow strap, it makes the watch feel night and day. I got my BB Pro in bracelet but ordered a nato yellow strap and it feels much more thinner.
Great review, I also wear my BB Pro the most in rotation with other watches, it is the 'favourite ' no doubt about it. Your comments on the way it wears are spot on.
I own this watch: I absolutely love it!❤️ My wrists are 7.5 inches and I don't think it's too thick at all. The only watch I find hard to wear properly (and I'm talking about thickness) is the Deepsea.
Thanks for this video, I fully agree. I now own both of these watches and love them both. I also have a 6.5 inch wrist and don't have a problem with the BBP, which I have had for over 2 years. BTW, the 58gmt is a beautiful watch to wear.
7in wrist. Great way to put it. Is it thick? Sure. Is it too thick? Absolutely not. I was going to buy a 58 and tried on the Pro while I was at the AD. Changed my mind on the spot and don’t regret it for a second. Would be great if it was thinner, but it’s really not bad on wrist at all.
I agree with you regarding the possible introduction of a METAS Pro in the 58 case. Regarding accuracy I have a BB GMT which is also insanely accurate. I can understand your enthusiasm for this watch: whenever I've tried it at an AD I have to force myself to walk away until the funds have accumulated sufficiently...
I have never worn one of these but I am very, VERY happy with my Addiesdive quartz version. As it only cost $45 it leaves plenty of money for other toys and distractions...
I keep trying to convince myself I need a ‘better’ watch than this…but when I’m wearing it I can’t help loving it. Its a perfect daily…mine keeps near perfect time (Wearing it for a year and it hasn’t lost anything). Only thing that can entice me out is if they Metas the Harrods Edition BB with the 5 link bracelet.
I love the pro, but yes the metas Pro is just around the corner, so I don't think anyone is going to buy that one new, but saying that I see in the comments some people have still purchased the pro that dial is just so so clean I'm a fan of the pro but bring that master chronometer on.
I hate to say it, but I believe the reason Tudor GMTs are thick has little to do with the movement and lots to do with Rolex. Even with the new movement, the BB58 GMT isn't exactly svelte. Case in point: San Martin (hear me out) manage to get their GMTs - with a Seiko NH34, mind, not exactly a thin movement - down to 12.4mm including the crystal. Combine that with the level of finishing they're delivering, and it's admittedly jaded me a bit on the broader industry. And I have some very expensive Swiss watches. Could Tudor make their GMTs much thinner? I'm sure of it. Will Rolex let them? I doubt it.
I love my BBpro, I don’t think I could buy one today as I would be wondering what the newer version has in store. Having said that the only thing they can improve is the thickness and the new bb58 gmt does not look as thin as I thought (still yet to try one) the other thing to bear in mind is the bb58 has needed an update for at least two years and hasn’t had one. A new pro could be a long time coming. The thing is I won’t be able to justify changing as upgrading will cost me the value of my bb pro or many other different watches. Mines about two years old and I haven’t checked the accuracy recently but it’s not as good as when it was new, it was originally 0.2 seconds a day out over a month but luckily it’s not something I worry about anymore.
I hate one single thing in this watch as an owner. The yellow GMT hand. Ruins the purpose of a monochrome watch and it's legibility. Somes I just want to go to the watchmaker and remove it! Beside this 'small detail' - the watch is perfect. / Oh, one more thing, it lost it's value a lot, tried to sell it, no one cares. I will never again buy a new watch. Only used!
A ~$4,000 watch is hardly 'poor mans' anything! Isn't any brand with a model that shares a similarity with, yet priced less than a Rolex, a 'poor mans' Rolex?

Always look forward to your videos!! So relatable and honest!! Amazing stuff! Starting my own collection and trying to decide where to start!!

Thanks bro. Needed this video. Trying to decide between a couple Tudors at the moment. Your video was very helpful!

It does look clean. Always good to hear the opinions of someone with actual experience.

And all that being said, I’m with you, I would happily part with mine for a thinner version 😂😂
Totally agree that the Pro will get updated with newer movement that’s thinner. Would be great to see the Pepsi get the update as well.
Same taste in watches, same wrist size and a really cool guy. Just stumbled over an amazing watch channel!!

Thank you for the tipp about the new updatet black bay pro
Great honest review my man!
I have never worn one of these but I am very, VERY happy with my Addiesdive quartz version.

Yes, you right. It’s thick but not that thick. I love it.

Ive the GMT. Nothing against the pro, even a bit more subtle in colors, but there is really no downside to a rotating bezel.
t-fit is so elite
Came across you accidentally. Luv’d the videos. Watched several in a row…. Omega or Tudor, what’s your preference?
Clearly not too thick on wrist just looks like a normal watch
Great video. Still loving it?
Hows your prediction as of the latest release today! Pelagos FXD Zulu Time 🔥

Great video and great watch. i have the BB GMT.
I'm waiting for the same prediction! love the bb pro but i'll wait for the new movement to buy it for my daily

Your 100% right imo, Tudors case backs are flat, why not just packet like Rolex. And yes the San Martin case, that crossed my mind also😊

You lost me at fonts, dude.
if you have 6 and half inches and call it baby wrist. Come to check my 15cm wrist lolz
I like Tissot prx chronograph than this watch
Rolex Homage. But its a good start.
Too top heavy.

Still a poor man rolex....
