To get to the glow plug control module you need to remove passenger side front wheel and wheel arch liner.the module is straight in front of you held on with one 100m nut/bolt.
Im pretty sure most k9k engines the glow plugs are 4.4 volts not 12v. My 4.4 glow plugs tested ok but would nearly draw 9 volts and would take 3 minutes for the tip to start glowing.
must be the glow plug module. I think on a few systems, the coolent temperature dictated wether the glowplugs are enabled or not on a cold start, so it maybe something to do with that, or someware along those lines.
Thanks Nathan, yes either outside temperature or coolant temperature, the Juke appears to have a glow plug control module possibly hidden in front wheel arch so that might be worth checking next.

Did you ever fix this? My car is having same problem?
@@kellygoodwin2608if your still having the same problem it could be down to a leaking injector.
