Watched your video then changed all 4 plugs on my wife's 2017 Captur. Process was exactly as you recorded. ECU did not need a reset. Many thanks.

did mine on my Dacia Duster last week, looked awkward to get to, so I bought the appropriate Sockets off Ebay, used a 1/4 drive torque wrench set below the Shear value of the Glow Plugs, roughly twice weekly dousing in WD40 leading up to the attempt, and out they came, to my relief having agonised for a long time about changing them... so my advice, prepare well and well in advance
