Did anyone else experience a stall in the video at 24:36? It starts back up again after about 15 seconds but I'm just curious if it's just an issue on my end or if others are having trouble with this as well?
As a trainer, this appears to have some very nice routines for circuit training. A few moves will be difficult for some, especially the dumbbell sit ups. This type of workout can be very effective for trimming down if done routinely. The presentation here is better than most I see for general publication.
Holy moly 😅 these old workouts do not disappoint. I did the 30 min full body boot camp prior to this because I missed it yesterday . I’m so glad that I pushed through both . I’m not going to lie, I questioned myself during parts of this one just because after doing a 30 min prior, I wasn’t sure if I was making the right decision . I do remember though, with Sydney’s older workouts, at the end of the video, she would post a stretch video and also another workout in case we wanted to add on. I challenged myself to add those extra workouts on most days. I was and am still capable of doing more than what’s programmed. I challenge myself as long as my body allows it. My current challenge right now is going from doing 6am workouts, to now 6pm. It has been hard for me mentally because I do like to get my mind and body moving first thing to start my day. I’m still trying to find that balance since the beginning of September . Anyways, today was a great day and a great workout. Thank you Sydney and Dustin ❤

LOVED THIS WORKOUT! Did anyone else have the video glitch and pause at the end of the first deficit lunge round? it confused me how it went silent for about 10 seconds and suddenly i had 9 seconds rest
Crushed it!!! Definitely need to invest in heavier weights, especially for lower body, I'm hoping to get some for my bday in November 😊 Really concentrated on tempo today though and controlling the weight. I'm really loving these pure strength workouts 💪
I modified this by replacing all upper body strength sections with HIIT because I know tomorrow will be upper body. Workout complete 17.09.2023 - 7.58 AM.

MORE CARDIO PLEASE! I had to switch to a different channel because the repetitive strength work is too much, adding in the cardio rounds has helped me maintain an ageless body in my mid fifities.
I tested myself today, was able to move up some, but I attempted one 15 pound weight in each hand for overhead triceps extensions and got stuck, just as Sydney said, “Yes you can, you fat this”…no, I just couldn’t. Dropped down to holding one twenty pond and finished. I also just started being able to get one knee to the ground on lunges, but with body weight/lower weights I smashed those deficit lunges!
I loved this workout! I feel like most of my muscles were activated and challenged! Thank you! Tempted to buy the next weight up for me which would 15s

I was just referred to this channel last week. After my 2nd day I cldnt walk and was soar in places I’ve never been soar. This workout is already bringing me back. I have hope again and am enjoying working out. This is the best training I’ve ever experienced. So grateful my client put me on to Sydney’s channel. Also love the positive talk she does throughout the session.
it'd be nice to have longer warm ups so our bodies are actually ready for a heavy workload, unless starting with lighter exercises intended to warm up and longer stretch time at the end too. I like effective efficient workouts like the next person, but don't want to get hurt either. Pretty sure I jacked my knee up going too heavy out the gate on a not warmed up body. Wgt not too heavy for me, but not good on a cold frame. Guess I'll have to just do extra myself to make sure it's a go in the future.

Went up in weight or slowed down the range. With my knee issue did deficit lunges without weights for two rounds to make sure of range I could do without pain. Did weights one round after got range locked.
Loved this full body boot camp! That deficit lunge at the end was my favorite because using the yoga block added a stability component that leveled up the challenge! Great way to start a Monday!!! 🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥💪🏼💪🏼🦵🏼🦵🏼🍑🍑

Those deficits at the end were so gnarly! I added a knee raise on the top to work my core while standing on the block. So good
