Today my progressive overload was just more mind-body connection. I've been traveling, and instead of following her normal workouts, I've been squeezing this in 3 times a week. I love it because it gets my heart rate up too!

I cannot believe I did 25 lb DBs for that last set of Arnold Presses!!! After 5 years with Sydney, I still am blown away by the fact that I still learn from her every day! And, at 61 I finally feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time in my life. Thank you Sydney! One thing Sydney said a few workouts ago has been really helpful in all aspects of my life. When you are struggling, don't focus on the negative. See it as a transformation to the next better version of yourself. My tricep is actually my bicep lol
Sydney I was able to go up in weight on the back tricep exercise and I did non-stop on the rest of the workout. I feel stronger, my abs are so strong, thank you!
New to Sydney’s workout at age 58 and at least 20 lbs overweight. Love the pace and the half hour full body workouts are great - have done two this week and am aiming for 3 🎉

Achieved progressive overload today by taking less rest in each circuit round and going heavier when I could. My son was watching me and during my V-situps, he told me I was "supposed to be using a weight, mom!" (Because Syndney was). LOL! I told him good reps, with good form, was better than pushing weight badly. He seemed to get it and told me I was looking strong! My favorite compliment outside of 'you smell good,' or 'that was kind.' I tried to pause less and watch my tempo.
I used my heaviest available weights, 35lbs dumbbells for the single-leg suitcase squats to progressively overload today and am now looking forward to a long stretch. First week of “Stronger” 👑💪❤️🔥

I was sick for this workout. Just a cold, but my body feels like it weighs a ton and I’m EXHAUSTED. Enough that I considered doing everything body weight today if I was even able to do it at all - well, I did it. Weights and all, only having to go down in weight for a couple moves. I still feel sick but mentally I’m so grateful that I did it. Sydney, I loved this format! It sped by and was exactly what I needed for a sick workout day. It’s been almost 6 years with you now and I’m more grateful for you everyday.
🙌🏼 right there with you! I’ve got a head cold, the kids go back to school and I swear we spend the next 6-8 months sick one or another one of us. If I skipped every time I got a cold with the kids I would miss a lot of workouts. I loved the format too, made it feel like it went by quickly.

My body is a little *wooo gurl 👀 You stepping it up " this month. So a little bit feeling glutes and abs and all of it. So today I did 4 rounds of everything. First round with body weight/baby weight and then progressed in each round from there. I love this month

Proud of myself for showing up- went for a long walk and thought ‘well, I don’t *need* to workout today’ but then I remembered Sydney saying how it’s so much better to show up consistently rather than just show up when you want to/ feel good. I progressively overloaded by increasing weight for kickbacks/overhead extensions/front raises using my 6kgs/13lbs 🥳🥳 Im also focusing on range of motion and form for this program 😊❤

I love a full body workout. The pace of this one was killer! Even so, I just kept repeating you are strong enough to make it to the end of the set and then "to the end of the round." Feeling good, feeling accomplished that I stayed the course. Thank you, Sydney, for all of the encouragement!❤💪
