    Body mind connection is key. I have a sacroiliac joint issue. A lot better than it was. Getting stronger. I told my body for this workout we got this we r strong! Boom!❤💪

    I've fallen off my nutrition and it shows. I'm focused on committing to eat well in addition to working out regularly. Love the 30 minute workouts. Fits my life perfectly!

    Loved this workout, my faves are 30 mins, coz they’re pretty full on. Also first time ever doing full sit ups (with a twist) without using my arms for momentum. I kept my arms up behind my head the whole time, so obviously getting stronger in my abs/core. Last round I was a lot slower, but still super proud of myself. (It’s the little things that make me happy 😂😂😂) 🏋️💪🏻😁

    I totally felt everything in this workout. What a burn! Sydney is always right. I had to tell my mind I could do some of the movements my body didn't want to do, but I'm so glad I pushed myself. Every day is another step toward the me I want to be.

    One of my favorite 30 minutes. I prefer at least 40, but this was great for a shorter one. I don't prefer the combo moves as much, so this was great!

    Great workout! In doing the quad stretch - I have never heard a trainer say this (I have a massage therapy Cert & other schooling) when stretching the quad place your hand on your hip bone (ASIS) and slightly pull up - it helps the stretch. Would love Sydney's thought on that one.

    i noticed that my body is getting stronger. I finished 3 sets of mountain climbers w/o falling on my mat. I remember cursing so much a few weeks ago when doing mountain climbers haha!
