Proud of my 73 year old mother who picked up weight lifting 2 years ago because of seeing how much this channel and these workouts have changed me, mind and body. Now she's dropped 30lbs, survived a breast cancer scare and mastectomy during these last 2 years and came back stronger than ever because she knows taking care of her health makes her better in every way. Those back fly burpees! I’ve always hated burpees and thought of them as impossible to do. Today these burpees made me feel strong! Thank you Sydney for helping me develop my strength 💪🏼 way to go team for never giving up!

I crushed this workout for myself! This time last year I was at my lowest emotionally and yet I kept showing up! Mainly because my time on the mat is where I can let it all out and keep my mind sane. Today as I was completely going as hard as I could I remembered myself a year ago and was so proud that I didn’t quit! I am stronger in so many ways. And while I’m still healing emotionally in some areas I know that the best is still ahead! Keep going squad! We are strong and resilient! Why do I always feel these Saturday full body workouts are there to show us how strong we’ve become? I was able to do two legged jackknives all three rounds, tricep dips seemed to be a breeze too. Last circuit was a challenge, but completed!
We did it!! I surprised myself with my strength today. Things like push-ups and jack knives, which were hard/impossible at the beginning of STF, are now doable! I am proud of what I have gained both in body and mind! Thanks so much for an amazing journey. Great Job Guys!!

Great workout - I always find combo exercises challenging. The chest press push-up was the most challenging for me. Never any doubt that I would make it to "you made it to cool down" - sweetest word we've ever heard. Have a fantastic weekend. Watching the Olympics - "Go Canada Go". Would be nice if others shared which country they were cheering for.
