Is a step something that's going to be used throughout this month? I've been on the fence about getting one as I dont have alot of space and i dont want a dust collector 😅
Today is my first day of chemo for a rare form of Lymphoma. I'm in the hospital for 5 days for my treatment and I rocked this workout right in my room! It's stage 1 and is curable, thank the Lord! There are people far worse off than I, so please pray for them because I got this!! 💪

Hello, guys! I'm 42 and I'd been exercising with Sydney for 4 years until last year when I got pregnant and had no energy whatsoever. Four months ago I gave birth to my second child, a beautiful baby girl. Since then I've had no time neither energy. Today was the first day I exercised and I absolutely loved it. My body and my mind need it so badly and I really missed Sydney! I just love her workouts! This one was exactly what I needed today! Thanks a million, Sydney! ❤

Whoo!!! What a workout! Im 46 and medication hates me! I am a side effects queen! So exercise is my anti-depressant! Nothing makes me feel as good as exercise! Cardio isn’t my favorite but I enjoyed this! Definitely a change from the norm!

Holy wow - what a fun fast sweaty and much needed workout. FINALLY cardio but not intense cardio - cant believe how much sweat is dripping down my face. Hooray - I didn't think that I could love a workout of Sydney's more than Tabata but this one beats that hands down!! after less than 3 hours sleep last night I a energized and pumped to get on with Monday! have an great week - ant wait to see what this program has to offer - praying for some weight/inches lost this program

🥰 I've been following these workouts for awhile, but this is the first program I purchased the calendar for!!! So amazing!! I did the stretches for day 1 😱 which was something I wasn't really thinking about and oh my goodness, I had no idea how tight my hips and everything around that area was!!!!! I used to be so flexible! 🤣 And there's also a place to write what your goals are for the program, which was also another thing I wasn't thinking about! So my goals for this month are working on mobility and using heavier weights where applicable! 💪
Just did this workout after feeling crabby! I feel so much better. Also the programming here was brilliant - this got my heart rate up as much as running does. Saving it for future use. Thanks Syd!!
