One happy 71 year o;d lady ,, back after having to take break for chesy infection .. Crushed work out . used my strongest glut band wth no issues for the abduction series in spite of having a hip replaced. Life is good. Have a good day and Thanks Sydney
You are so motivating!!! I see people half your age in the hospital acting like they need help with everyday activities. They need to witness your energy and desire to care for themselves. ❤❤
inspiring to me, i'm 67 and have been doing Sydney since summer. Having problems with lower back, right hip and wrists. I adapt but would love to get my lower back fixed. it makes deadlifts a bit sketchy! my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the time i'm 70!!! Yay us!

I am also a long time fitness buff. The lower back issues are ongoing and will be until i get some surgery. already got one scraped out! haha. hoping to find something besides surgery for the wrists but we'll see. I'm doing Sydney's program every day except the weekend but it's subject to change. I learned several years ago to listen to my body. @@colette2851
The glute burn is real y’all! OMG!!! I’m sitting here at work and every time I get up to move around I’m reminded of this workout I did this morning! 😂😂😂💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🏋🏾♀️🏋🏾♀️🏋🏾♀️
Oh Sydney you kicked my butt!! That was a killer but I loved every minute of it! I never thought I would love all of this strength training like I do. I will take this everyday over cardio. 🥵🏋️♀️💪
Just a little informal pole to see who else would like the "You've made it to your cool down" shirts make a comeback? Those words sounded extra sweet to me after this one!! 🔥😅
Challenging workout but everyone must do it and don't avoid it just because its 45 minutes. Through out the workout Sydney is making sure that you are focus and motivated. You are the best Sydney !!!!
Oh my my my!! Glutes legs are fried. Great workout kept us moving and heart rate up. I’m staying present today. Controlling what I can and letting go of what I can’t. Let’s go!! Thanks Sydney ❤❤
This was truly amazing. What you said in the end, I needed to hear this. I love how this program is about working very very hard in one aspect to get the full benefit of the whole aspect. "This is though but you are thougher" is my new motto!
Focus was the name of the game for me. I am having a second labrum surgery on my left hip this thursday, the repair failed and now I have to have a reconstruction. It was hard to not let my mind drift but knowing that my prehab is going to help my outcome kept me focused on the task at hand. Loved the breath work too!
So appreciate you Sydney! I’ve been working out with you in my kitchen on a yoga mat since spring 2020 and you have helped me get stronger and find time to workout in my busy life! Thank you for doing this!
Love love love this workout. I really needed Sydney to tell me to stay present I don't normally have this problem but today I struggled to stay present. I just kept hearing Sydne encouraging me and man did that help!!! Thanks Sydney!!!
Whoever said time stops while doing planks, didn't work hard enough with banded fire hydrants haha! But I crushed it and had a fun realization. A year ago, I was doing Bulgarian split squats with 10lbs. This morning, I was using my 20lb! Seeing progress in so many ways 🎉. Thank you, Sydney and your team!!❤
So sweaty! Postpartum women remember to squeeze your pelvic floor up and in with your exhale on exertion! As we get strong and lift heavier, we want to make sure we’re strengthening pelvic floor too and protecting the bladder and uterus from prolapsing down and out! Happy leg day y’all!
Holy booty burn Batman!!! My goodness getting through that one was tough, I kept having to cheer myself on to stay present. I kept saying “This is tough, but I AM STRONG!” Just to finish each round! Way to work hard! If you finished I am proud of you!!! 🍑🍑🍑🔥🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Sydney I absolutely loved the fact the warmup and cool down was part of the workout. Would really appreciate it if you could do so for every workout. Loved this workout. Hip abduction was the hardest and they were burning. Awesome workout. Thanks❤
All of her complete workouts have a warm up and a cool down because it's very important. Her "add on" workouts don't. But she hasn't made any of those in awhile
I'm so glad it's my day off. 😮 This is/was a great workout!! I used my heaviest weights to date and was surprised I didn't completely burn out...or drop them. I know I'll push into even heavier weights for the next workout. I loved the little back stretch during this one!!! ❤❤❤🍑🍑🍑🦵🦵🦵💪💪💪
Good morning everyone. I was so excited to perform this workout because of the name. If Sydney says is a best butt builder, we better be prepared 😂😂😂😂😂
Absolutely love this w/o. Typically I’m not a lower body fan; however I went into the w/o w/a positive mindset & rocked it. You rocked it Sydney. ❤ Thx for an amazing 45mins 😊

I crushed it!!!! Loved this format, it went fast but I got a good sweat and heart rate up with shorter rest periods and longer work periods. I like to workout in the AM when it is quiet, today I had my son playing video games and chatting on his phone with speaker while I was working out. I stayed focused but I think I am more stressed now with all of the noise.
Wow wow wow ! Crushed it ❤ I feel like it’s been awhile since I’ve added any workouts to my personal favorite Sydney’s workout playlist, especially in the last couple months. But today, this one is getting added to that list ! Really truly loved the glute burn . Thank you for an amazing workout ❤❤❤❤
I think I just hit my best Bulgarian split squats today and I am so proud of that! Also had to rest through one of the glute bridge sets because my butt was so tired lol. Stop and breathe dont stop and leave!
Thanks Sydney for calling me out!!!! Here I was thinking I was ok by multi tasking, getting laundry folded during rest period! 🤦🏼♀️. But, I did think this through, if I was still going to a gym, I wouldn’t be able to fold laundry during rest periods, and I would find the time to get laundry done when I got home. I will start being present now! I did connect with the split squats better, until that very last set on the last leg…..I took my foot off the bench and did the last set on the floor….but didn’t quit!
On vacation and did this one body weight. STILL felt the burn!!🥵 This is a great workout Sydney! Thanks again for helping us remember how strong we are!
Whew!! This is one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a while 🔥🔥 thank you for always keeping us encouraged and giving us great content! I enjoyed every minute of this
Wheww 🥵🔥!! I was initially intimidated to start this workout but slowing down and reminding myself to take everything one rep at a time (especially those split squats 😅) was so helpful. Thank you for the push, Sydney 🫶🏼! I’m so proud of all of us for CRUSHING this one 👏🏼!
This was a long, hard total strength workout! I went heavy. I went hard there were times. I thought I don’t wanna do this anymore but I kept pushing and that’s what counts.
Enjoyed this workout! Made it my own by doing back squats with my barbell and putting my back leg on the bench during single leg RDLs- felt a really good connection that way!!
So this was a long focused workout. Sydney’s way helped me a lot not to give up. In a very strange way time flew by so quickly Happy Wednesday everyone 💙🇬🇷💪

I'm so happy you all LOVED this workout too! Which exercise did you connect with the best?
I've learned to embrace the split squats!
Super man leg lifts- super burner ❤
I put my leg on the bench for the RLD and really felt the connection. ❤
i connected with the hip abductions the best. the unilateral section in the middle hurt so good!!! thank you Syd!

New favorite glute training. I felt connected the entire time. The glutes are glutingggg
Loved the breathing you guided us through. I also loved how we did the heavy things first. I enjoyed being on the floor after those dang split squats😂
Side note..just took my first step after the workout and my leg buckled 😂😂😂 Now that’s good work out!
