Karen is so friendly and pleasant I could watch her make just cereal and be captivated, lol! I tried this recipe, never made it before, but made a keto version without the potatoes... added chopped onions and some sugar-free, keto bread instead and it makes a wonderful, quick breakfast for me to take to work with no sugar and lots of protein!
