      @@raq429 after ten days but during that period I didn't eat more than once a day, so it was easier for me to lose weight. But anyway this workout works try it

    Hi so I’ve doing this workout consistently for 8 days by now and as expected I’m not seeing gigantic results yet, but my legs are definitely a little bit slimmer if I’m not just imagining things. I’ll stick with it for another week and update you afterwards 🙏

    Hi again, I have decided to alternate this workout with another inner thigh workout every other week and here is why -> after those first 8 days my muscles got used to the movement, so it didn’t feel as effective anymore. So the 2 week I did the inner and outer thigh model workout from Nina Dapper, just to let my thighs forget this workout for a bit. Now I’ll resume the Lilly Workout ❤

    Day 1: My thighs are burning. Feeling motivated!
    Day 2: It was easier than yesterday. Feeling motivated!❤
    Day 3: Getting better and closer to my goal.
    Day 4: When I started, my left thigh used to make cracked sound. Its gone!! Thighs are tired yet motivated
    Day 5: I used to make a peak out of my resting leg. Today I followed the exact position. Ngl it hurts!! My legs are burning more than it was in day 1 😂
    Day 6: Did it just now, after my gym class. Legs are tired and burning as hell yet motivated. Waiting for tomorrow!!
    Day 7: I did it yesterday, just forgot to update the progress. It was wayyyy easier yesterday.
    Day 8: BREAK
    Day 9: It was easier to do but while starting it was a pain.
    Day 10: I didn't do it. :(
    Day 11: It was wayy easier. I increased the time by 15 seconds for each workout.

    I’m a 13 year old hijab I doing this I wanted to get rid of my inner thighs and feel confident wearing skinny jeans bc I struggle with inner thighs. I am sure I am going to get amazing results because I’ve been doing her workouts for a year now I work on stomach and abs and I transformed my body! I will be doing this for 20 days. You guys can do this!!

    I'll be following for 2-3 weeks, here's my current progress:
    UPDATED: Nov 21st
    Day 1: ✅️ - It felt really good, really felt the burn.
    Day 2: ✅️ - Hard! Felt really nice to complete!
    Day 3: ✅️ - My thighs are feeling really solid and strong, super motivated!
    Day 4: ✅️ - Staying strong and motivated!
    Day 5: ✅️ - Felt like I couldn't move my legs haha

    Nov 15: ✅ - SO. HARD. My hips were DYING.
    Nov 16: ✅ - Easier... still very hard on my hips though
    Nov 17: ✅- My thighs feel tight and strong! I'm really excited for the next couple weeks of this.
    Nov 18: ✅- Felt a little bit easier! Definitely feeling the burn. 🔥
    Nov 19: ❎- Got too busy!
    Nov 20: ✅- I did it twice today at 11:40pm... Not seeing progress on my inner thighs, my legs over all do feel stronger though.
    Nov 21: ✅- Gosh my hip bones hurt SO BAD every time! It's getting a lot easier, though!

    doing this for 8 weeks and i’ll update once a week and im also doing the defined 11 line abs 11 minute workout for context i’m 13 years old and im 110 pounds and 5’0 ft tall, i’m not not fat but but i want to be more toned in the legs and abs because ever since i quit gymnastics i lost all of it and running track just makes my legs bigger and doesn’t affect my abs so i’m doing these two workouts

    Day1:✅ damn this hurts alot ig this will definitely work can't even lift my leg properly after resting for a second.😭
    Day2:✅ still hurts like hell but overall it's good and i finished it without any break in between
    Day3:✅ still hurts a little bit but finished overall
    Day4:✅ 3 more days to go
    Day5:✅ was too lazy to do it today but did it somehow 😭
    Day6:✅ was busy all day but did it at night one more day to go :(
    Day7:✅and yeah i did it finally.

    Here is my work out plan for summer.
    Though measurement- 48cm L and R
    Monday- hip slimming, abs
    Tuesday- abs
    Wednesday- thigh slimming, hip slimming
    Thursday- thigh slimming, abs
    Friday- abs, hip slimming
    Sunday- abs
    Day 1- felt the burn. Killed my hip. Didn’t help I’d already done the hip workout
    Day 2- honestly though the clock had stopped 😂
    Day 3- decided to measure- 47cm L and R. Very happy so far

    I try this workout for 14 days(I don't just do this workout, I have another one) (22.08-beginning)
    Day 1-I did the training in the morning and in the evening, it was really hard, but somehow I managed👀👀💪💪
    Day 2-I had difficulty walking, so I only did the exercises in the morning, and then I went for a bike ride (I felt a burning sensation)
    Day 3--It was hard, my thighs hurt and burned, but I didn't give up and I did these exercises in the morning and in the evening (I tolerated the exercises a little better than on the first day)😃😃(I gave up cardio because I have severe asthma and I couldn't take it well😭😭)
    Day 4-❌(I didn't have much time but I was active all day)
    Day 5-❌(Same as day 4)
    Day 6-I was very surprised that I was able to do this exercise so easily! Of course I feel my thighs and I'm very happy about it ☺️.Of course, I don't see any effects yet, because it's too short, but if any appear, I will write right away 💪 (I did it in the morning and evening)
    Day 7-It's been a week since I started practicing 🥳 After less than a week, I don't see much effects. Today, after finishing the training, I felt the same as yesterday.I'll practice the two days I missed and then I'll let you know what and how 💪👀

    Day 9-I made up for these two days, so I have a week behind me 😩And the first question: can I see the effects? Yes, minimal but they are 🥳 I'm sure someone feels better than at the beginning 💪👀I'll do another week and tell you the results 💪💪💪

    Starting thighs: both 19 inches
    Day 1: thought i was going to lose my legs, and my hip bones pain. My legs cant stop shaking now.

    Day 4: hurts sooo bad but i think i did it better that day 1

    PROGRESS - Nonconsecutive - Start thigh measurement 24in:
    DAY 1: I felt that. Love it can be done just laying down ❤. Thigh measures as 24 inches.
    DAY 2: Skipped rope yesterday. This double burned! Good workout
    DAY 3: It hurts more. Is that because I now have muscles there to hurt 😅 ?
    DAY 4: So strange it's still more spasmy than my first go. Took several days off due to travel
    DAY 5: The burn 🔥
    DAY 6: ✅️
    DAY 7: ✅️
    DAY 8: It was much easier today! (sans jump rope)
    DAY 9: ✅️
    DAY 10: ✅️
    DAY 11: ✅️ Measured today and seeing lots of definition when working out my inner thigh. Measurement is 23.5 inches. I lost a half inch around each thigh. I'm eager to replace this with a full leg workout but 14 days is my rule of thumb so 3 days to go
    DAY 12: This exercise is super easy now. Two more sessions
    DAY 13: ✅️
    DAY 14: ✅️ will measure tomorrow morning with results
    RESULTS: 23.25 INCHES. THATS 1.75 INCHES LOST. Moving to ballet barre to tone the rest of my legs.

    hi! i am going to be trying this workout to slim down my inner thighs. for me this has always been my biggest insecurity because my legs looked so out of proportion. from the middle of my thighs down, my legs were like sticks, but above that, they looked like triangles lol. 😂 i don’t know how long i want to do this workout for, but i am aiming for around a month (which gives me enough time before the summer)
    day 1: ✅ (i did this one yesterday, but i am updating it today)
    day 2: ✅ my legs burned a lot more, but no visible changes
    day 3: ❌ i was on a field trip and i got back @ 7:30pm so i was really tired lol (i’m not off to a good start, am i? 😅)
    i have decided to move to another lilly sabri inner thigh workout, but i will update on that one

    I’ve already been doing this for three weeks, but for some reason it won’t let me edit my comment anymore so here’s my new comment, I am 13 years old I am 5 feet tall and 110 pounds i’m doing this work out, her 11 line 11 minute ab workout, her 5 minute flat stomach workout, her booty lift workout, and i’m running a lot for conditioning for track season coming up. I am also trying to eat less and be in a calorie deficit. i’m going to be doing this for eight weeks and I’ll update once a week.

      These workouts are great for runners. I’m 16 and run track too, and Lily Sabri is really good. Doing that for 3 weeks takes motivation, good job. Please be careful with the calorie deficit though. You need a lot of energy to run, and food to fuel that. Speaking from experience, a deficit can go wrong really fast. Keep running and I hope your season goes well

    i'm on an exam week, so i can't go to the gym. instead, i'll do this workout.
    day one: my leg start shaking after 5 exercies, but i did finish. i did forget to mesure my legs, though. motivated (:
    day two: today hurt more than yesterday, i don't know why, but i tried to keep my arm up for two exercies and a half

    I’m going to do this and the abs toned stomach workout and arms upper body workout for 2 weeks
    Now I weigh 57 kg and my height is 164 cm

    Did the workout and felt the burn during the exercise but not after unlike how I did with the abs , the workout really hurt my hip bones 😭
    Day 2 ✅
    Really felt the burn my legs were shaking uncontrollably
    Day 3 ✅
    I’m not feeling the burn as much as I did with the other exercises so I did I hit leg workout instead this time
    Day 4 🚫
    Had a rest day , but walked 8 km

    Okay I think I’m seeing results or maybe I’m just delululu 😂

    Okay so I kinda ate a lot today and so I’m really bloated I did it in the evening compared to the others I did in the morning , the workout is getting easier in some parts and harder in other parts

    I try this workout for 14 day(I don't just do this workout,I have another one)(22.08 beginning)HOW I WRITE THIS FROM ANOTHER ACCOUNT BECAUSE I FORGOT THE PASSWORD TO THE WHERE I WROTE A COMMENT!!!
    Day 1-I did the training in the morning and in the evening, It was really hard but somehow I managed 👀👀💪💪
    Day 2-I had difficulty walking so I only did the exercise in the morning and then I went for a bike (I felt a burning sensation)
    Day 3 -It was hard,my things hurt and burned, but I didn't give up and I didthese exercise in the morning and in the evening (I tolerated the exercise a little better than on the first time🙃
    Day 4-❌(I didn't have much time but I was active all day)
    Day 5-❌(Same as day 4)
    Day 6-I was very surprised that I was able to do this exercise so easily! Of course I feel my thighs and I'm very happy about it ☺️.Of course, I don't see any effects yet, because it's too short, but if any appear, I will write right away 💪 (I did it in the morning and evening)

    Both thighs: 24 inches
    Day 1.✅️ it was pretty easy
    Day 2.✅️ it definitely got a little harder
    Day 3. ✅️actually got a little easier
    Day 4.✅️ so easy- will update the inches on my thighs tomorrow
    Day 5.✅️ easy again my thighs are now half a inch to a 1 inch smaller
