@@Stellisrm it actually took approximately 2-3 months of consistent training to get where i wanted! It might’ve been a little easier for me to achieve it since i figure skate.. But as long as you workout consistently and eat healthy but don’t restrict yourself.

for those wondering if this workout actually works, yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes it does! You have to feel the burn I know its hard in the beginning but just try distracting yourself. For me whenever I do painful workouts I try thinking of something not related to a workout lol, remember things take time and drink lots of water its super good for you. Your hard work will pay off :)

And also because everyone has different body types for some its faster and for some it takes a little longer but I did get results just took a little longer :)

I was diagnosed with PCOS and doc told me to lose some weight. Next appointment is on 14th March and I need to lose some weight by then. The last time I checked I was 86.4 kg. I've been working out for 4 weeks now. I've been doing a low-impact workout of 30mins from 'The Body Project' and will do this one too as well as some waist workout as from Monday (today is rest day). My thigh: 70cm. I'll update u guys.

Started 2-25-23 ✅ Day 1: I had to stop the video about two times but I tried not to make the break to long. Felt the burn in my legs, was sweating so much. Overall feeling really accomplished, I’ll come back to update every day and tell y’all if I’ve seen any results by the end of the 10 days but I’ll probably do it for longer. ✅ Day 2: Legs were a bit sore from yesterday but it didn’t make the workout that much harder to complete. Felt the burn a little bit more today, the workout flew by as I was just focused on the different moves and not how much time was left. ✅ Day 3: It was definitely easier today but still felt the burn which is good obviously. Not to sore anymore, looking forward to seeing the results at the end of the ten days! ✅ Day 4: It still burned but definitely felt like it went by quicker and was somewhat easier to get through. Looking forward to seeing the results after 10 days but I know that it won’t be too drastic! ✅ Day 5: A lot like yesterday it didn’t really seem to much different I just felt the burn in my legs a bit more. Still excited to see the results but just like I said yesterday I know to keep my expectations realistic! ✅ Day 6: Legs were burning a lot because I did it after I did her summer shred but other than that it felt like it went by pretty quickly. Seeing a little bit of results on my inner thighs but nothing very drastic whatsoever. 4 days left and excited to see the results! ✅ Day 7: It still burned like hell but was definitely easier. Workouts are getting much easier to do and my legs feel slimmer! Still super excited to see the results because omg I’m so excited. ✅ Day 8: Once again felt the burn but was easier, it’s definitely because I’m getting used to the workout and the burning feeling. Just a reminder that it’s okay if you miss a day, it’s okay if you pause the video, but just remember to keep going and start again, remember why you started and envision how happy you’ll be when you see the results! ✅ Day 9: It burned but was so much easier and felt like it went by in 2 seconds! ✅ Day 10: Felt so motivated to do it today since I knew it was the last day and went extra hard on the workout. Results: it wasn’t very dramatic results but I definitely saw change, didn’t repeat the circuit though so maybe that had something to do with it, but it was optional. Would definitely recommend doing but repeating if you want more results.

Tracking my progress and I'm praying that it works. Start: Left: 61cm Right: 62cm. Day 1: This is a lot harder than I'd thought it'd be but I want to feel good about myself so here we go! Did the exercise once, plus a 1.3km run Day 2: My right leg hurts lmao, sometimes I have to pause the video to let a leg rest and then continue it up. I've also started to track my calories! plus a 1.3k m walk (I got cramps today lmao) Day 3: I did the exercise twice today. I'm getting a lot better at the exercises and I'm starting to see changes in my thighs already, plus my stamina and flexibility have improved so much already and it's only been 3 days! Day 4: I did the exercise once today and my thighs are absolutely killing me, I take it as a sign that the exercises are working. Day 5: Did the exercise once today! I was going to have a day off because I was super sore but I just imagined how good I'd look on Halloween if I kept going. I know that future me would be disappointed if I don't do my best for the next few weeks. Day 6: I'm feeling a lot better today, my legs weren't hurting like usual so it was easier. I did the exercise twice today along with some extra cardio to help make up for the overeating and the day off lmao. Day 7: I did the exercise twice today. I wasn't really in the mood for it but I just turned on some different music and made myself do it. I can't wait till 3 days! Day 8: Did the exercise once along with some extra cardio. Two days left! Day 9: I did the exercise three times today and a lot of extra cardio, because I'm in the home stretch I wanted to try my hardest today. I'll be back tomorrow for the results! Day 10: Results are Finally here! Start: Left: 61cm Right: 62cm. End: Left: 60cm, Right: 60cm So it's a small result but it still toned my legs and cellulite is basically all gone!
My first day trying this. I know it is quite a late comment but I just started and it feels pretty great. There are so many supportive comments here and I want to thank everyone for understanding people's pain. Hearts for all. @@ellamar-n2gi’m 19 and at 12 i was 45kg too! trust me, that’s very little. your body is developing fast and hard, and it’s going to look different for a while. you’re beautiful and this change is normal. soooo normal and so beautiful. staying active is important but you do not need to worry in the slightest about your weight. i know it’s hard in the days of social media, i felt it and half of what i see nowadays didn’t even exist 10 years ago. eat good, listen to your cravings, excersise a few times a week for HEALTH! only. you’re gonna look back at this time in your life when you’re my age or older and realise you had nothing to worry about. from one girl who’s about to leave her teenage years to you who’s about to begin them !! enjoy it, take grace on yourself and remember every single bodily change is normal and it will ALL work out in the end. also drink your water because it helps EVERYTHING !!! (i needed someone to say this to me when i was your age, so i hope this helps

Worst feeling ever. It might be because you’re not used to working out, I can’t cross my legs very easily cause it gives me a very uncomfortable feeling .. somewhere 💀 but also just take a cold shower after doing it and it should make you feel less weak and take away the shaky feeling.
dont feel apprehensive to do the modified version. if you've never worked out like this before your body might need time to ease into it, and there's nothing wrong with that!

Lexi Flannel you see I didn’t really eat healthy but i managed to keep myself away from a lot of junk foods especially the ones that cause bloating.I would suggest like anyone else to eat healthy carbohydrates such as whole-grain cereals, fruits and vegetables.

Hi Lilly I just wanted to thank you I have had thick thighs ever since I was a child and that always brought me down calling myself names of your fat and never looked at myself in a good way but this year I wanted to change that I wanted to look different and I found you videos and loved them and they worked for me. My thighs were both 60 cm when I started this 3 days ago and I already lost 3 centimeters in just three days and I'm so so happy that I found this so thank you because if I didn't find you I wouldn't be happy with myself.
Started: 13.02.2022 Right thigh: 60cm Left thigh: 59cm 1st day: done 2 sets. It's not too exhausting and I love the feeling while doing this workout. 2nd day: done 2 sets. I was amazed at my own self for finishing this workout today. My thighs got tight by the effect of 1st day. I gave up for a few seconds during the squats. Kinda harder than yesterday. 3rd day: done 2 sets. Almost gave up at just 1 set but then I tried to find the motivation to start the 2nd set. My thighs were still tight but not as much as the last day. It's getting easier. 4th day: done 2 sets. I still gave up for around 3 seconds at the 3rd squat. My thighs still felt tight but seemed like they were getting stronger as I could bear the tightness. 5th day: I skipped this day cuz I was drowning in deadlines 6th day: done 2 sets. It was so much easier maybe because my thighs got a rest yesterday. In love with the feeling this workout give me. 7th day: done 2 sets. It's already the 7th day and I still felt like dying during the squats. Tbh I wanna do 1 more set but I finished 2nd set at the exact midnight so I stopped to sleep. Totally in love with the feeling (even though it kinda murders me with those squat series). 8th day: done 3 sets. DEAD. 9th day: done 3 sets. I am alive but I am dead. 10th day: skipped due to my stomachache. 🍒 After 10 days (actually it was just 8), here's my result: Right thigh: 58cm Left thigh: 56cm The thing is that I did NOT have any diet nor eat less. I kept eating as usual and still reduced 2-3cm. One more thing to say is my thighs DID get smaller in the first 3 days. But after that, my muscles grew and it made my thighs' measurement not change too much. In fact, my thighs are getting stronger and more toned. This exercise also helps to tone my glute. My butt becomes so nice and toned and segxy.

Remember, if your body is sore after doing the exercise a few times, it is completely normal! It's just that your body isn't used to it yet (not used to moving a lot and you need to give it time to adjust), also you can feel your thigh muscles thighten throughout the workout, it's a sign that it's working. Dont give up! Edit: after doing the workout for 3 days straight, (once a day before I sleep (23:00-00:30am)(I ate completely what I wanted) I could see a slight difference. Please do not give up! Your body didn't gain the weight in 1 day, so don't try to loose it in 1 day 💞💞

I did this workout for 6 days then I took a week off. I then did it for 10 days. I haven't seen any changes other than muscle forming. @@Stellisrm it actually took approximately 2-3 months of consistent training to get where i wanted! It might’ve been a little easier for me to achieve it since i figure skate.. But as long as you workout consistently and eat healthy but don’t restrict yourself.

for those wondering if this workout actually works, yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes it does! You have to feel the burn I know its hard in the beginning but just try distracting yourself. For me whenever I do painful workouts I try thinking of something not related to a workout lol, remember things take time and drink lots of water its super good for you. Your hard work will pay off :)

✅ Day 1: I had to stop the video about two times but I tried not to make the break to long. Felt the burn in my legs, was sweating so much. Overall feeling really accomplished, I’ll come back to update every day and tell y’all if I’ve seen any results by the end of the 10 days but I’ll probably do it for longer.
✅ Day 2: Legs were a bit sore from yesterday but it didn’t make the workout that much harder to complete. Felt the burn a little bit more today, the workout flew by as I was just focused on the different moves and not how much time was left.
✅ Day 3: It was definitely easier today but still felt the burn which is good obviously. Not to sore anymore, looking forward to seeing the results at the end of the ten days!
✅ Day 4: It still burned but definitely felt like it went by quicker and was somewhat easier to get through. Looking forward to seeing the results after 10 days but I know that it won’t be too drastic!
✅ Day 5: A lot like yesterday it didn’t really seem to much different I just felt the burn in my legs a bit more. Still excited to see the results but just like I said yesterday I know to keep my expectations realistic!
✅ Day 6: Legs were burning a lot because I did it after I did her summer shred but other than that it felt like it went by pretty quickly. Seeing a little bit of results on my inner thighs but nothing very drastic whatsoever. 4 days left and excited to see the results!
✅ Day 7: It still burned like hell but was definitely easier. Workouts are getting much easier to do and my legs feel slimmer! Still super excited to see the results because omg I’m so excited.
✅ Day 8: Once again felt the burn but was easier, it’s definitely because I’m getting used to the workout and the burning feeling. Just a reminder that it’s okay if you miss a day, it’s okay if you pause the video, but just remember to keep going and start again, remember why you started and envision how happy you’ll be when you see the results!
✅ Day 9: It burned but was so much easier and felt like it went by in 2 seconds!
✅ Day 10: Felt so motivated to do it today since I knew it was the last day and went extra hard on the workout.
Results: it wasn’t very dramatic results but I definitely saw change, didn’t repeat the circuit though so maybe that had something to do with it, but it was optional. Would definitely recommend doing but repeating if you want more results.

Tracking my progress and I'm praying that it works.

Day 1: This is a lot harder than I'd thought it'd be but I want to feel good about myself so here we go! Did the exercise once, plus a 1.3km run
Day 2: My right leg hurts lmao, sometimes I have to pause the video to let a leg rest and then continue it up. I've also started to track my calories! plus a 1.3k m walk (I got cramps today lmao)
Day 3: I did the exercise twice today. I'm getting a lot better at the exercises and I'm starting to see changes in my thighs already, plus my stamina and flexibility have improved so much already and it's only been 3 days!
Day 4: I did the exercise once today and my thighs are absolutely killing me, I take it as a sign that the exercises are working.
Day 5: Did the exercise once today! I was going to have a day off because I was super sore but I just imagined how good I'd look on Halloween if I kept going. I know that future me would be disappointed if I don't do my best for the next few weeks.
Day 6: I'm feeling a lot better today, my legs weren't hurting like usual so it was easier. I did the exercise twice today along with some extra cardio to help make up for the overeating and the day off lmao.
Day 7: I did the exercise twice today. I wasn't really in the mood for it but I just turned on some different music and made myself do it. I can't wait till 3 days!

Day 9: I did the exercise three times today and a lot of extra cardio, because I'm in the home stretch I wanted to try my hardest today. I'll be back tomorrow for the results!

My first day trying this. I know it is quite a late comment but I just started and it feels pretty great. There are so many supportive comments here and I want to thank everyone for understanding people's pain. Hearts for all. @@ellamar-n2gi’m 19 and at 12 i was 45kg too! trust me, that’s very little. your body is developing fast and hard, and it’s going to look different for a while. you’re beautiful and this change is normal. soooo normal and so beautiful. staying active is important but you do not need to worry in the slightest about your weight. i know it’s hard in the days of social media, i felt it and half of what i see nowadays didn’t even exist 10 years ago. eat good, listen to your cravings, excersise a few times a week for HEALTH! only. you’re gonna look back at this time in your life when you’re my age or older and realise you had nothing to worry about. from one girl who’s about to leave her teenage years to you who’s about to begin them !! enjoy it, take grace on yourself and remember every single bodily change is normal and it will ALL work out in the end. also drink your water because it helps EVERYTHING !!! Day 1: ✅ It was a little hard but I think it’s gonna be easier next time. Nothing changed - I mean obviously because it’s the first day.
Day 2: ✅ It was much easier this time and I did it 2 times today. I can see a little bit results.
Day 3: ✅ It felt harder but I still did it! It’s better then the first day!!! There is actually a little bit of result!!!
Day 4: ✅ Did it!!! It is so much easier and my mom said she can see that my legs got thinner- but the best thing is that she doesn’t know that I’m doing this workouts! So that means that it’s working!!!

I lost 2cm! I honestly think that’s pretty good since I only did the workout 1 or 2 times a day and ate pretty much the same, just didn’t snack as much. I think doing this challenge got me really motivated to start working out more, so I’m going to try to do a few more challenges before school starts again. Overall, 10/10!

Worst feeling ever. It might be because you’re not used to working out, I can’t cross my legs very easily cause it gives me a very uncomfortable feeling .. somewhere 💀 but also just take a cold shower after doing it and it should make you feel less weak and take away the shaky feeling.
Don't worry! The legs stop shaking after you do it a few times! Your body gets used to it.
dont feel apprehensive to do the modified version. if you've never worked out like this before your body might need time to ease into it, and there's nothing wrong with that!

Hi Lilly I just wanted to thank you I have had thick thighs ever since I was a child and that always brought me down calling myself names of your fat and never looked at myself in a good way but this year I wanted to change that I wanted to look different and I found you videos and loved them and they worked for me. My thighs were both 60 cm when I started this 3 days ago and I already lost 3 centimeters in just three days and I'm so so happy that I found this so thank you because if I didn't find you I wouldn't be happy with myself.

1st day: done 2 sets. It's not too exhausting and I love the feeling while doing this workout.
2nd day: done 2 sets. I was amazed at my own self for finishing this workout today. My thighs got tight by the effect of 1st day. I gave up for a few seconds during the squats. Kinda harder than yesterday.
3rd day: done 2 sets. Almost gave up at just 1 set but then I tried to find the motivation to start the 2nd set. My thighs were still tight but not as much as the last day. It's getting easier.
4th day: done 2 sets. I still gave up for around 3 seconds at the 3rd squat. My thighs still felt tight but seemed like they were getting stronger as I could bear the tightness.
5th day: I skipped this day cuz I was drowning in deadlines
6th day: done 2 sets. It was so much easier maybe because my thighs got a rest yesterday. In love with the feeling this workout give me.
7th day: done 2 sets. It's already the 7th day and I still felt like dying during the squats. Tbh I wanna do 1 more set but I finished 2nd set at the exact midnight so I stopped to sleep. Totally in love with the feeling (even though it kinda murders me with those squat series).
8th day: done 3 sets. DEAD.
9th day: done 3 sets. I am alive but I am dead.
10th day: skipped due to my stomachache.
🍒 After 10 days (actually it was just 8), here's my result:

The thing is that I did NOT have any diet nor eat less. I kept eating as usual and still reduced 2-3cm. One more thing to say is my thighs DID get smaller in the first 3 days. But after that, my muscles grew and it made my thighs' measurement not change too much. In fact, my thighs are getting stronger and more toned. This exercise also helps to tone my glute. My butt becomes so nice and toned and segxy.

Remember, if your body is sore after doing the exercise a few times, it is completely normal! It's just that your body isn't used to it yet (not used to moving a lot and you need to give it time to adjust), also you can feel your thigh muscles thighten throughout the workout, it's a sign that it's working. Dont give up!
Edit: after doing the workout for 3 days straight, (once a day before I sleep (23:00-00:30am)(I ate completely what I wanted) I could see a slight difference. Please do not give up!
Your body didn't gain the weight in 1 day, so don't try to loose it in 1 day 💞💞

I did this workout for 6 days then I took a week off. I then did it for 10 days. I haven't seen any changes other than muscle forming. I am going to continue to do this workout for a while as you can't always expect results instantly. It will probably take time. We'll see. If I remember I will update you all on progress.

I have a fitbit lite and it tells me how much I sweat out - at least a rough idea.
As to count my calories intake i use MyFitnessPal it is on google play or app store for free.

I feel better, my stamina improved and body is more toned. Do not forget, healthy meals and full body training are important for better results ! Ive been using this workouts for months.
So someone in the comment thinks I'm lying about my resultsor maybe just a misunderstanding ?So let me explain, if you re on a weight loss journey like me you need to commit for more than 10 days, healthy eating and full body exercices. Still combining this workout to cardio exercices. I'm using a mini stepper now (my xmas gift 😂).
It worked for me ! I combined this video with cardio workouts. Committed for 10 days my thighs were both 84cm after 10 days I successfully reduced to 72 cm ! I eat better quality meals and eat less sugar, 0 soda (I'm not a soda person so that was easy). I'm on my way to get rid of that pregnancy weight !

@@aysuciftci thanks for your sweet comment ! By cardio, I mean full body exercices also I use a mini stepper regularly. I went running yesterday and I noticed my stamina was much better. I hope you achieve your goal too 🩷. I'm still working on mine ,positive mind helps a lot!

Ok, so I wanna get rid of that damn annoying fat, so starting this:-
Day 1: Phew, that first one definitely killed me, currently bathing in my own sweat... The other ones weren't that much of a challenge. And my legs are still safe and sound. I'll do it again in the evenin'!
Evening:- Did it.. Not so easy now...
Day 2: My legs and thighs are definitely cursing at me, I tell you. Anyways, burnt good and all.
Day 3: I did it! Phew... And my legs feel like they have cracked at different places, don't worry, I'm fine...all fine...
Day 4: Done... And on a side note, I'm also doing Chloe's AB workout. And also, I do two rounds of this one...
