I looked at his insta after seeing the name in one of the comments down below, 15 minutes later I was gonna show my boyfriend and then it was privated. Busted. Seeing his insta really increased my feeling that he is a creep.

the funniest part about this is that the whole "alpha wolf" thing was researchers misunderstanding what they were seeing (and also applying captive wolf behavior to wild wolves, which was wildly inaccurate). According to Ed Hardy tattoos have really become a work of art. He said he watched as the industry went from Sailors and Bikers to a more inclusive form of self expression. If you (obviously not you Lauren) think women aren't allowed to participate in art, you're just an idiot. Tattoos are beautiful. They should be consumed by anyone and everyone.

So there are cultural varieties for women. It's the expectation that the image will have more detail and color. I think you should educate yourself on tattoo culture and the fact that women have always been a part of it.
Who said women weren't allowed to participate in art? That is the stupidest and most far fetched interpretation of anything that was said in the video.

I know that creepy "tattoo artist" is just a tiny minority, but that is one reason why I prefer getting tattooed by women. So far I've gotten 5 tattoos by 5 awesome ladies, and mostly it's just been that I love what they do. And if I really like some mans artwork of course I'll get tattooed by them, but I just feel more at ease with women.

I get mine done by a guy but I'm not gonna lie I did alot of research on him just to be safe. I normally have someone with me but now I can fully say after being tattooed by them twice now I would go alone because I trust them. He's Jonny Magpie if anyone is in the Cornwall area and wants a safe tattoo artist to go too. 😊

sadly I'm 46. i personally don't thinks these 2 are in our aga range. i think they are younger somewhere in their late 20's to mid 30's to max 40 years old. that generation really develop no morals or boundaries.

Totally agree about that creepy artist. I was 18/19 when I got my first tattoo and although i was booked with one of the girls in the studio in theend i ended up with a guy because she was busy (which should have been a red flag on its own. I should have said no but i was younger and anxious about the whole thing) that I know nothing about. My first tattoo was a sternum moon phases one so obviously i had to take my shirt and bra off. Now. I thought he would give me something to cover my nipples with but 1. I didnt get shit ( it was my first tattoo so I convienced myself that maybe all artists do that). 2. I was extremly uncomfortable the whole time. the guy (around his 40s btw) kept making comments about my body and breasts. he kept saying he's gonna have fantasies about me, he touched me a bit too much ( he said he has to have access to the ribs or something) in the end took a photo of 'the tattoo' but my boobs be hanging out the whole time and the thought that he might still have it makes me wanna barf. Texted me after i left the studio but I never replied. I'm 22 now and now I know what an actuall session should look like and I'm just pissed that guy ruined my first expierience. Stay safe girls :(

I'm so sorry for that experience! I had a similar experience for my first tattoo (it was on the ribs). It was a tattoo shop with only man, and it was really uncomfortable! I had nipple piercings at the time so... That was fun 🙃... I didn't knew that wasn't normal, until years later I tattooed my sternum, and the tattoo artist who was a man, gave some slips to cover my nipples!
The problem with the tattoo "artist" is that the guy probably isn't even a tattoo artist he probably just wrote a script for a friend to play off of. No face no known info on this, incredibly bias channel. For sure these is some lies written by a childish and bratty channel. not only that so many different kinds of people get tattoos understanding that means you can't generalize a group within the community. or etc. god this made my blood boil.
Anyone who in all seriousness refer to women as "females" doesn't have an opinion even worth considering, because them just saying that is all the explanation needed to move on as fast as you possibly can.

My favorite tattoo artist is a woman about my age. She’s super non judgmental when it comes to what I want (meaning nerdy nonsense, not like hateful things). I’m so glad I found her over a creep like this guy.
I’m also super broken. I’ve gotten tattoos to help me cope. I’ve gotten most of my tattoos in the two years since my brother, who was my best friend, died. I’m not ashamed of that.
I was so lucky with my first two tattoos. I received my first two tattoos from Mike C. who was the owner (not sure if he’s sole owner now) of Tattoo Consortium in College Station, TX. My first tattoo was on my right foot and my second was on the front of my left hip. He’s an “old school” tattoo artist who did an AMAZING job at making me feel comfortable and confident while getting my tattoos. He made the first tattoo experience so great I went back for my second one within a few months. Also, his ink has survived and still looks great 15 years later. His “bedside manner” and skill not only left me with 2 great tattoos and experiences, but with the bug for tattoos.
Seeing these 2 “men” in this video makes me realize how lucky I was with my first experience. Stay safe out there ladies and enjoy your tattoos because they’re YOUR tattoos and no one else’s! ❤️
Met a pretty well known tattoo artist from Poland a few times who tattooed my friends thigh. He hit on her and said she had a sexy ass and that he would like to do her, she had ofc never hit on him or anything. He just said it, and didnt apologize. She let him finish the tattoo, but after that she let him have it and he just brushed it off. His name is Bart Diaz. Yes, i mention his name, cause he has gotten complaints from many other women, and has never apologized.

The joking about touching or touching a client inappropriate makes me so thankful for my artist, when doing my chest he worked in a weird position to avoid touching my boobs and I said hey it's ok if you do need to rest your hand there if it's easier and he refused and just hurt his back because he knew I trusted him and he didn't want to break that

There's a tattoo artist in my province (French province so that would explain the accent) that seems to fit the mystery artist's profile from what we learn in the video. I've never personally been to this artist but I know girls who have and he would refuse to cover their boobs while they were getting sternum tattoos and they would give them an appointment earlier if the tattoo was in an intimate place.
Maybe a bit of TMI but the more I’ve gotten tattooed, the less ‘adventurous’ I’ve been in bed lol

Hey, I'm here to give one point! I myself am tattooed, 20yo woman. I LOVE to flirt with my friends (female or male) especially in parties. I am a masochist and into pretty "nasty things" as some might say.
But I have never EVER even KISSED someone I am not in a serious relationship with. I had kissed 3 people in my life, and those same guys are the ones I have had s*x with and been in a relationship with. I need to trust somebody to even let them close.
So f*ck these podcast guys. I have this feeling that they really don't see women as individuals. Just that ones are to take care of them, kids and animals and others to have s*x with. I feel SICK.

I would just like to say that I am a fairly heavily tattooed person, I also have two masters degrees and run my own business and have been with my partner for 15 years. We have our own house, I have my own car, I pay my bills. My life is pretty average, I like relaxing at home watching Netflix. Most of the other tattooed people that I know are shy, artsy nerds like me who appreciate art, want to support local artists, and enjoy adorning their bodies with artwork from artists who they admire. That's all. It's not that deep. These guys are acting like we all live some crazy Eyes Wide Shut secret society drug induced orgy party life when I'm usually in my pajamas by 6:00 and ready for bed by 11:00
I just want to thank you so much. I got my first tattoo 27 days ago and thanks to your videos I knew what to expect, was prepared for the day AND aftercare of my tattoo.
