DIY Fabric Lampshade: How to Cover a Lampshade in Fabric

Are you redecorating a room, and now your lampshades don’t match? It’s easy to cover a lampshade in coordinating upholstery fabric. Our lampshade is tapered, meaning the circumference is smaller at the top than at the bottom. Because of this, we discuss the best fabric designs and patterns to choose for a tapered lampshade. This no-sew project is fast and fun to make! Our lampshade is for the bedroom in an RV, but you can apply these techniques to any lampshade you’d like to re-cover in fabric.
