    this was the best workout I did in while... it made me feel SO good and relaxed !
    I also sweated a ton but it was such a "good" sweaty feeling

    This was my first Pilates workout I’ve done and I was looking for something that was kind of intense and this was PERFECT! I am sweating like crazy, I feel so good after it. Love the music and the workout!!!

    This is my second time doing this pilates workout. Feeling sluggish and wasn’t feeling it to do intense HIIT and this was perfect! Got me all sweaty and burned 270 calories, thanks Eleni 💕

    A great workout. I love them all. Wasn't loving this at first, but it grew on me. I'd grown accustomed to the 40 on 10 off format. That extra 10 seconds - dang! But that's probably where the work is being done. I prefer less (no) jumping, but those moves are easily 'customizable'. I just do the non - jump version and speed it up. Keeps my heart rate up. Thank you!

    Wow! I have never felt so motivated and energetic after the workout! Tbh I love to workout, but this year I feeling like exhausting after the hiit. However, this workout gave me those forgotten joy I felt before. Will do everyday!!!

    This was a bit difficult for me but I made sure to finish it. I did not get 400 calories though, apple watch gave me 260 calories.
    I felt it in every muscle and joint.
    Thanks alot, will make part of my workout routine.

    I burnt 370 calories on this one, used some light dumbells in parts to up the intensity a little. Found it quite challenging and suits me more than intense HIIT workouts. Great mix of cardio and toning.

    Wow I found this challenging. I couldn't even do the rocker at the end 😂 That's how inflexible I am but that's exactly why ill carry on doing pilates because it challenges me in a different way to lifting weights. So many corrections to be made 😳 Thankyou x

    I love how much looser I feel after doing your workouts! It gets rid of all my tension.
