  • This 45 Min Pilates HIIT Workout is Intense with Pilates inspired exercises is and really get that heart rate up! We'll get a lot of core and thigh burn, we'll get a lot of strengthening and stretching, and we will get that heart pumping! Our focus is flexibility, mobility and creating long, lean muscles. Remember stretching through the fingers, pointing the toes and keep your core engaged. Let's do it !!

    Usually when doing workouts via TH-cam I mute the video & listen to my own music cause it’s too much sometimes but not this time. Great workout & great music!

    에어켠 켜지 않은 실내온도 27도, 정확하게 따라하다보니 땀이 비오듯 합니다.ㅋ

    This was a bit difficult for me but I made sure to finish it. I did not get 400 calories though, apple watch gave me 260 calories.
    I felt it in every muscle and joint.
    Thanks alot, will make part of my workout routine.
