    I am normally a weight lifter. I injured my MCL biking and have found myself struggling with finding good workouts while I recover. It was suggested I try Pilates. Let me just say that you look so at ease and graceful doing this! I, on the other hand, felt more like a cow crashing around my living room 🤣. I definitely found where my weaknesses are. Also, no knee pain doing this. I may have to find a more beginner video next time, but I enjoyed it regardless!

    Dear Eleni! This is a fantastic workout! It consists of simple exercises, but like all your workouts, it is very well planned. It mobilizes, stretches and develops balance at the same time. A great alternative on days between weight trainings. I am thankful! 🥰

    I am so glad I found you! I’m burnt out with the gym and injuring myself for I have been inconsistent and frankly bored. I am a somewhat fit 64-year-old And have been looking for Pilates since I studied dance in my teens and early 20s and love the strengthening and balance component of it; stretching and it is low impact. Love how you keep going for flow - no talking and I love the music. This should be a great companion with my swimming. Thank you!

    I used to lift weights daily for 7 years, then started to fall out of love of weight lifting. I tried getting back into it and couldn’t - no motivation. I just did this Pilates workout and absolutely LOVED it!!! Fastest 30 minutes and it didn’t feel like working out! I was having true fun moving my body! ❤

    Thank you! This workout was amazingly beautifully TOUGH! I loved it .... I hurt my back and 'had' to go to Pilates/yoga while healing.... OMFG .... NOW I "WANT" to go to Pilates & in a weird way so happy I was lead to this. Im less stressed, my body feels strong, and the music has me feeling so beautiful as I move my body to the wonderful melody! Thank you SO MUCH!

    I really enjoyed this workout. I normally take yoga, pilates and HIIT classes. I was looking for something at a slower pace with more controlled movements. Thank you for the video. And I love the music which is a plus.

    I have a shoulder injury that has kept me even from cardio. Everything inflames it. This workout had the perfect speed to keep my brain engaged and was a great step towards exercising again. I am so thankful. Also, the music was awesome.

    This was not quite what I wanted when I clicked on the video (I was looking for more intense cardio pilates), but I will definitely come back to this video when I'm looking for a less-intense exercise. I think a voice-over describing the movements and encouraging the audience could be helpful, too!

    I usually avoid Pilate videos because I end up getting like almost sick & shaky the whole time 😅 thank you for making one that is doable! Still CHALLENGING for sure! Need to work on that last move for real 😂 but got super sweaty & am so happy I did this. Thank you 😭💖

    😍 Wow! Your movements are so fluid and elegant, like those of a gazelle.
    This exercise is deceptively gentle and actually requires a lot of muscle and abdominal strength.
    It's the first time I've tried it and I hope over time to have at least 10% of your flexibility and strength! 😅
    I looked like a robot trying to follow your movements, completely inelegant and absolutely crude. 😂
