I'm just starting out on yoga with your classes cause i love how relaxing it is. For some reason everytime I lift my legs (or try to) my bottom back like where the end of spine is hurts so much.. Hopefully 🙏 if i keep practicing, I'll be able to do it with no problem 😊 Thank you so much for your videos i love the 15 minute session and I love this 20 minute session i did today!

I'm not a yogi, but I am a hypermobile massage therapist, so my wrists see a lot of overextension. It will get better with practice, you will get stronger, but it also helps to warm up the wrists a little more before a session with gentle rolls and shakes. A good stretch I do for my wrist extensors is extending your arms out to the sides, palms up, then curling your fingers to make a fist. You should feel a stretch in the tops of your forearms. Hold it for 10 seconds-ish, then release. Do a few of those. It's an ulnar nerve stretch, but has helped my wrists too. In the meantime, you can adjust the angle of your wrist so it isn't so severe. Try focusing on letting your entire hand make equal contact with the mat. I've found that when I let just the heel of my hand do most of the work, I'm hurting after.
