Good for you! How long were you on it?

Thank you! I was on it for 13 years, and I am currently 98 days off.

How long did you taper for? And have you posted your regimen? Or did you just go with how your body was feeling. What mg did you start with originally

I was on 8mg for about 2 years. Then I went down to 4mg because the person I got it from was shady, and that was no problem. After awhile I went down to 2mg and that wasn't a big issue either. I stayed on 2mg for about 9 years.
When I decided to get off, I went straight from 2mg to 1mg, which definitely caused me some discomfort. I stayed on 1mg for a month, then went down to .5mg, and that drop wasn't quite as bad. I stayed on .5mg for 3 weeks, then completely jumped off. Definitely had some withdrawals from that for about 2 weeks, but didn't really start feeling somewhat normal until about 2 months.

You can do it man, maybe even taper down a little more, and that will help when you jump off. Jumping off.5 wasn't horrible, but it wasn't fun either, but I still was able to work, I just had to sit down for a couple minutes here and there.
