I could remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder, got addicted to cigarettes. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.

Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏

Thanks for sharing your story. That's rough I sympathize. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health. I will pray for you all.

It's ridiculous how "medicines" help with something & hurt you in another way. It makes anyone hate pharmaceuticals.
The withdrawal symptoms of Suboxone are just as bad or worse than coming off from any other hard medication. So what's there to alleviate?. It's disgusting and a horrible vicious cycle, Not to mention the horrible side effects? Eye sight loss and blurred vision 😮

I started at 12mg buprenorphine and went down 2 every 3 months until I got to 6. Then I was doing 1/3 of a 6mg strip per day and finally 1/4 of a 6mg strip per day. I took my last buprenorphine 12 days 8 hours ago. You don't know how it affects you until you quit buprenorphine. I finally took the time to look at my life before ALL opiates and realized the lethargy that took over on the meds. In 12 days, i suddenly want to be around people. I suddenly like music again. I like driving my car. Going on walks. Enjoying horror movies. I can honestly say, after days of hell, that buprenorphine literally changed who i am.

YES, so glad you mentioned the shots. I was on Suboxone from 2011 until 2021, beginning at 32mg eventually going down to 8mg. I had really just expected to be on it for life, but moved to Australia where you have to go to a methadone style clinic which was unbareable for me, so I
finally got off it with sublocade injections. Two months of 300mg, one month of 100mg and I didn't even notice any withdrawls for the most part. Out of sight, out of mind. It's kind of like when i was using, i could be sick as a dog, eyes watering, yawning, bubble guts and muscle pains while waiting on a phone call or for my connect to show up. But as soon as they did and I had it in my hand, the symptoms almost all went away, my mind was at ease, i had my stuff and was gonna be ok, so i stopped feeling bad. My hands would even stop shaking so i could prepare my injection (other addicts ive talked to have experienced the same thing)
Sublocade felt like perhaps the same phenomenon.
By it not being a daily pill taking ritual, by not worring about what time it is, can i take it yet, how much can i take next time, just getting the shot that i know will keep me well, i lose the "ritualistic" aspect of suboxone addiction. I dunno if that makes any damn sense.

Dude what is with the yawning watery eyes man!?! That and restless legs were always my only real symptoms from opioid withdrawal (obviously aside from immense pain all over). But when I was on tramadol for 6 years and now suboxone for the last 5!! I take my 3/4 strip in the am then by 8 or 9pm (13-14 hrs later) I get terrible yawns and watering eyes as my withdrawal symptoms kick on. It’s after that little strip that I begin to feel better from it. I’ve always been so mind boggled by that physical withdrawal symptom 😭

Just wanna sit on the couch and shake and yawn, eyes watering, with insane fucking racing thoughts I can’t control. People have told me the half life on suboxone is so long I shouldnt be withdrawing by 24 hours. Well idk if it because going from injecting 16mgs of suboxone to taking 1/16mg the right way over the past years but yeah by evening im dead. No thinking about dose or times, just a shot and off you go. Really made it easier.

This Suboxone is more troubling than they've ever let on. I kicked methadone in 2003 and it was incredibly difficult. It took a good 6 months to feel human again but this Fckn Sub is almost too much I don't know if I come off this garbage. It steals all your testosterone which means you're in a compromised state trying to withdrawal. Just a nightmare, I wish I had tapered off pills instead.

Add to that it started giving me anxiety attacks, and keep in mind, I've never had them. It was 100% a chemically induced anxiety. Over the past 6 months I cut my dose from 16mg a day, down to 8mg a day, 4mg, etc. I'm now down to cutting each 8mg strip into 8 pieces. I take 1mg every other day just to keep the withdrawals away, and that's barely enough but works. It's a horrible place to be trapped. If I take it, It makes me sick, anxiety, and just feel horrible. @Tloc111 it's so strange. I honestly think it's the naloxalone, that 2nd ingredient they put in it to keep people from sh00ting it. They say it doesn't get in your system but I 100% believe over time small amounts of the naloxalone are absorbed, and that sick feeling and crazy anxiety are from precipitated withdrawals. The same thing that would happen if someone tried to sh00t it. I say this because when they gave me the white pills, the ones with no naloxalone, I never have a problem. It's only when it has that other ingredient. I literally hate having to take it. I take the 1mg and only when I absolutely have to. I fkn hate it.

Yes! Go slow & listen to your body. You have to measure doses. I would fold the strips & cut them into doses. I tapered to a tenth of a mg then jumped and it wasn't bad. That tiny speck of suboxone would allow me to sleep at night. I think the longer you taper, that gets the long half life stuff out of you and makes it much more comfortable when you stop.
It took almost a year tapering for me. I don't have paws or depression, it's just the sleep that is difficult but it's getting better.

RX Film Cutting Guide - That's the template we all use to cut our strips and wean down. Ive used it successfully for years. Buy a pack of razor blades and a magnifying glass if you need one. Also, buy a pill container to put your doses in. Then just follow the doc's advice. Wean down slowly. Precision matters when cutting your doses so take your time. I was always terrified to go on meth or subs and become addicted to them and be way more stuck on them than i ever was opiates.. subs are great for rapid sub taper though, when I would jump off dope, i'd take 3 or 4 sub doses spaced 24-36 hrs apart, then jump off and you miss the short acting WDs from the dope, but aren't on subs long enough for youre body to be addicted to long lasting bupe. I hope I can learn something from this Dr cuz I’m about to try again. I managed to ween down. I cut 8mg strip in half. Then half of that. Then half of that, then I consume half of that and stabilized. I was so eager to be free from this that managed to cut that into thirds and take that but I was getting too irritable around my wife so I went back to that small stabilizing piece.

Bro… you CANNOT just quit cold Turkey off of 12mg per day!! 😳. You have to slowly taper!! Take a strip, fold it in half, then cut down the middle. Repeat with the 2 pieces you have. Then, just eyeball and cut THOSE pieces in half again. Take one of those little pieces in the morning and let it kick in. If it’s enough to keep withdrawals away, wait as long as u can and take another TINY piece (maybe once in the morning, then once in the early afternoon). You’ll have to see how much will curb the withdrawals. You might have to start with like 6mg in the morning if u can’t handle taking a tiny piece like I said. Each week or 2, you take a smaller piece each time… then make the pieces smaller and smaller every week or 2.

My Dr said “you’d need nothing at all! coming off of monthly sublocade injections after being on the lowest dose injections ( 8mg daily equivalent to the strips). I think 2 weeks should be plenty of time to get through the worst of the withdrawals. You’re probably still gonna be depressed and stuff after 2 weeks (or NOT depending on ur body), but u will be far past the initial TERRIBLE sickness phase. Hope ur doing well ❤️

I think tapering quickly can be dangerous. It may force someone to leave the program and seek opiates. You want to be successful and you made it this far, so take the necessary time to finish properly. I like your style of tapering until stable, then do it again and I think that would be most successful even if it takes 3, 6, or even 12 months.

Hi. Thanks for the video. I was in a trial for Brixadi at the leading clining in the leading hospital in NYC. After 3 shots I elected to discontinue. After 4-6 weeks I couldn't sleep. They had no idea about long tapers. It's clear that Brixadi/Buvidal is more about maintenance than discontinuation. (I'm sure Sublocade is better with its longer duration)
Flash forward to now. After that failed Brixadi jump, I went back on .5mg for 2 years. I just jumped after stabilizing at .125mg for 1 month. Day 10 of jump and only had mild WDs on day 2-4 (mostly fatigue).
I imagine that i was micro-withdrawing all through my taper.
QUESTION: Does the brain healing start only after the jump or does it begin at the super-low taper doses?

I am ready to come off this stuff and have tried so many times but the detox is terrible I have made it 12 days that was the longest I have ever went cold turkey so I figured maybe try the taper thing but I usually use strips I don’t know how you would know the .5s .

So if someone like me is at 2mg. Is it better to just keep tapering down or get on 100mg or less of sublocade for a few months then stop. Someone told me that it worked for them but wasn't sure if there was enough data on that because I just feel like I would be jumping to something else that would put more buprenorphine in your system for longer 1/2 life

    • @coryjohnson2486
      @coryjohnson2486 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

You MUST taper if you want to have as little withdrawal as possible. It’s NOT easy mentally because you’re gonna want to take more, but cut your strips in half, then cut those pieces in half, and so on until you get 8 equal pieces (those are 1mg pieces). If you can slowly get down to that amount once a day, it’ll be much easier when you go to stop completely. I do NOT advise you just quit cold Turkey because it’s a nightmare. Just being honest.

I never understood why giving people this high doses, cause the small works the same. But tappering from 2mg its a nightmare. Its i think for someone living working normal life almost impossible. Its like someone is slowly killing all the energy and love to live in you. I just cant do it. I tried many times. Days are hell. Not to tell how humiliaded you feel going from doctor to doctor hoping someone will understand and help, but most they dont...Looking down on you. I am happy i came accross your videos. it gives me hope i can get rid of it one day. Just want to live my life without anything.. Sublocade...its my only hope. But dont know where to find it in Eu
