I Did Yoga Every Day for 30 Days | This is What Happened...

  • I did Yoga With Adriene's "BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey" and filmed my experience with it. I found an improvement in my sleep quality, flexibility, balance, upper body strength, core strength and tone and was able to develop some mental clarity. I definitely recommend any of Adriene's yoga videos and particularly her 30 day challenges - she is so sweet and a ray of sunshine to watch every day!
