    여긴 한국이에요, 저도 내일 로스코8을 구입하러 갑니다. 파랑색 프레임이 저를 부르더군요, 거의 17년만에 다시 자전거 타는거라 엄청 설레입니다.

    FYI some Rockshox Gold 35's had issues with internal air leaks. Either faulty o-rings or assembly, that allowed air to leak from the positive chamber into the negative. If you notice a significant drop in air pressure, stop riding and have your LBS notify SRAM. Mine actually blew the wiper seal out, luckily my fork wasn't damaged, and SRAM replaced the internals under warranty. I haven't had an issue since.

    Nice vid bro. I also have a Fuel Ex 8 and have been thinking of getting a hardtail to back it up. Some of the trails I ride are very steep and loose so I think a hardtail would be better for that but I'll prob miss the full suspension of my Fuel lol. The main thing is getting a hardtail with a dropper.

    • @ZRMTB
      @ZRMTB  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the comment bro. Yeah its nice having a backup bike. I will be using this more in the winter because its less maintenance/cleaning.
      Also the new Roscoe looks really good. Trek upgraded the rear hub and changed to thru axle.

    • @norcalchrismeister
      @norcalchrismeister 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ZRMTB That's a good idea bro! A hardtail in the winter and my fully in the nicer months. I'll check out that Roscoe. I've been looking at the Fuse lately.

    I'm thinking of getting rid of my fuel ex 8 and getting a hardtail again, roscoe 8 or salsa timberjack gx. I'm in FL ,so a full suspension is really not needed. Plus I think it will be better for bikepacking. The problem is getting a new bike , the bike shop is having trouble getting bikes , with this c-vid crap still going on.

    • @ZRMTB
      @ZRMTB  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ok I agree for some a hardtail is all you need. I plan on riding this bike mostly in the winter. I like the bigger tires and will be less maintenance. Yes its tough to find a decent bike. Good luck dude!

    Nice review!! I’m in a dilemma..I recently bought a Marlin 8 but I want to take it one level up in trails and eventual visits to a small bike park near my home…do you think a roscoe 8 would be a nice improvement or should I invest directly in a fuel ex 8? Appreciate your opinion!! Thanks!

    • @ZRMTB
      @ZRMTB  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you want to ride small bike park. I def recommend the Fuel EX. But I am in the same dilemma as you. I loved the Roscoe so much that I bought it twice. I love both bikes. But if I had to choose one I would go with the Fuel EX. You can ride it pretty much anywhere.

    • @santiagorueda920
      @santiagorueda920 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your response!! Not an easy decision considering the high investment and I can’t afford both…and unfortunately where I live I don’t have the option to test them, but I agree with you, I think the fuel is the best buy overall….keep up with your videos!!

    • @ZRMTB

      Thanks Sage…It’s 67.2… not the slackest but its fun. I actually just realized that the headset was not all the way tight smfh! I moved the stem spacers around and did not properly secure the fork to the stem. It’s a lot quieter now lol. For now just probably be replacing the rear hub for a Hope Pro 4.
