I don't have any health issues but I'm doing this intestines exercise every day especially early in the morning. I normally wakes up early as 4.30 am even in the weekends. I go for a jog and love doing Yoga Asanas since young. I can do 150 squats and push-ups a day. I guess those things I do keep me strong as horse and gave me six-pack medical student Malaysia keep rocking Sir.👍💪🙏

Good question! Both morning and evening are possible times to practice. In the morning, to activate the feeling of the gut and prepare to digest well during the day. At night, to relieve any discomfort or stress and feel more relaxed before sleep, to rest better.

In the afternoon, it may give you more energy. And at night it can help to relax and release tension, which may help you sleep better.
You’re forcing blood to the intestinal area which should help with digestion and gastric motility. When we get stressed, the opposite happens. Our body diverts blood away from the stomach and goes to the heart and skeletal muscle (flight or fight response).
Try this exercise each day, and start gently. At some point you may naturally notice that you feel stronger and can do more of these exercises. At that point, you can increase the number and strength of the movement. Anything that increases the flexibility and circulation in the gut can help your overall condition.

Good question. A little hip movement is fine, but not necessary. Some people recommend minimizing hip movement so as not to distract from the internal awareness of the abdomen.

It's a good question. Basically, you want to pull the stomach in. Try to activate the area below the belly button- you'll be using lower abdominal muscles and pelvic muscles too.

Best exercise for GERD and IBS patients. But plz mention the best timing. I mean mornings or evenings etc.

I agree that this is a great exercise for IBS-C and general constipation. I'm hoping it will eventually help my reflux, as well.

Sir is it necessary to do this exercise in empty stomach?
It is not necessary but it may be easier to relax and feel the benefit when your stomach is not full.
