  • Try to hold sleeping tiger posture for 10 minutes in order to increase your energy, deepen your breathing, and strengthen your core. If this exercise is new to you, try holding it for 2 to 3 minutes and gradually increase your endurance over the next few weeks.

    You should do some light stretching, to warm up the body a little, and then do Sleeping Tiger.

      That's good, knowing 'what' you're feeling is less important than being aware of the feeling without analysis. Our goal is to FEEL the feeling, rather than to analyze it. This tends to put the brain in a more meditative state.
