It's not working for you try something else. I don't care what anyone says it is all to do with the appetite. If you didn't eat the food you wouldn't put the way on. If you didn't want the food you wouldn't eat the food. The thing is to find a diet that works for you that satiates your appetite to a point where you can still lose weight.
