I try to weight myself weekly because in the middle of the week if I had a bad night (not sleeping) or more stress my weight would go up and I got discouraged and tempted to give up. I love your videos (makeup or weight loss). It really feels like I’m not struggling alone and I look forward to have news from you. Keep going, it maybe a long journey but I bet the destination is worth it for us 😘😘

Congratulations on the weight loss! You've inspired me to try the chicken and mushroom thanks for the tip. This week I made and enjoyed the lemon chicken and had that with cauliflower rice. I'm weighing myself every day - I know it's not good psychology but I like to keep a check on what's happening. Our bodies change a lot and retain water and food differently - sometimes that weight loss doesn't show up on the scale for a week or two! Thanks for the inspiration!
New subbie here. Glad I found you. I think you are doing great. I weigh myself every day and keep track on a mini calendar. At the end of every week, I calculate the average weight for the week. That’s the number I consider my actual weight. You are 100% that weight fluctuates daily (even hourly) Think of your daily weight as data, and it may help you stay positive.
Wow, a whole stone, amazing! I just started the fast800, and found your videos. You have such a lovely outlook on it all, and I love that you've been open about the ups and downs. I wouldn't get demotivated by a smaller loss (still excellent) this week - I'm sure it'll average out. X

I weigh daily, but on the last day i take an AVERAGE of that, which then becomes my official weight loss for the week x
