Great tips Emma 😊 Good point about having certain foods out of sight. First step i'm taking is to go through and sort out the kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer. Then will read up on the fast800 recipes. Do you have any tips on what to take for work lunches - things that are quick to make and healthy, but not always salads?
Thank you. I try not to be honest but if I'm really hungry I do. I might have some fruit or vegetable sticks or fruit with some full fat Greek yogurt - the way I look at it, it's better than a chocolate bar :)
A brilliant book, but have you considered a different guide? Only it's just that, this particular guide doesn't seem to be helping much? Much respect for your perseverance, and zero shade to you, but maybe it's time to try a different one, or adapt it to your goals? I'm right there with you right now, going through it too
