I’ve tried Fast800 before with great results but had to stop when a housemate was offended by me not wanting to eat the food they were cooking 🤦🏻♀️ Now I’m married with 2 babies and Hashimoto’s and very keen to get rid of weight I’ve been carrying for years. Keep up the great work and being so honest with us here. It’s super motivating ❤

Well done on your loss this week, Emma, that's great considering you were only on plan for half the week. I'd love to see some inspiration of what to eat on the fast 800. My own journey is very up and down at the moment, but I still keep getting back on track quickly when I fall off, which I think is the key to long term weight liss.
Remember that it’s an average over time. If you eat over the 800 even once a week you’ll still lose a ton of weight. Never let perfect be the enemy of good.❤

I’m just having my first chocolate shake and it’s very bitty, I keep shaking it but it doesn’t make any difference.
