I don't know how well this will improve my digestion, but one interesting thing to note is that I've had pain in my left ear for the last few hours, and about halfway through doing this, the pain disappeared. Anyway, I believe that my digestive problems are related primarily to low stomach acid. Do you think this will help? If not, do you know of anything else?
These gentle exercises will help, and will not cause any harm. It is interesting you airplane disappeared halfway through this exercise. I wonder which part of the ear was hurting at that time. The “palace of hearing” point - in the large depression in front of the ear is on the smallest intestine Meridian.
IS THIS OK FOR ULCERATIVE COLITIS?
I think so! Do you notice any discomfort on practicing it? The practice of qigong to help improve the flow of qi in the meridians, intended to improve our health.
