  • The Mercedes-Benz EQC was the first mainstream all-electric offering from the German brand when it initially launched in 2019, but how does it fare now in an increasingly competitive electric market?
Built on the same platform as its petrol counterpart, the GLC, it may look familiar with its elegant lines and spacious cabin, but the EQC SUV is no normal Mercedes-Benz - delivering a whopping 402hp and a 0-62mph time of just 5.1 seconds. Not to mention its smooth and near-silent drive which offers some welcome peace and quiet on the road.
With plenty of space for the whole family and a state-of-the-art interior that will satisfy the biggest of tech heads, this is a premium electric SUV that exudes luxury. But can it hold its own against the likes of the Tesla Model X, the BMW iX3 and the Jaguar I-Pace? And does it redefine what it means to drive an electric SUV? Find out in our latest episode of Road Test with Duncan Vincent.

There is a new model coming in 2025 but we like to review a mix of upcoming and current models, as there's plenty available, as well as the used market, so we hope someone might find the information useful.
