I am liking and sharing it, so as to gain more attention. This is one of the multiple reasons why I seriously mistrust the medical profession nowadays. Just yesterday, it was revealed that a man received a terminal cancer diagnosis from a renowned hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece's second biggest city, one year after he went to that hospital for appendicitis.
This must have been a terrible experience! Which is why I recommend you to Canada hospital care! Canada hospital care is one of the best healthcare centres in the world!
Oh sweetie, that must have been harrowing. I was getting anxiety just listening to this story, I cannot imagine going through that. I also had a doctor not listen to what I was saying in the ER, sent me home with a "someone will call you later" to set up follow up. I almost died from that decision and I'm still paying the price two years out and probably always will. Thank the good Lord you reached out to Him.
Thank you for sharing some of your story with me. I am so sorry you went through so much. I cannot imagine everything you endured. Thank you for all your kindness.
God has you in his hands;i have never heard such a testimony. hallelujah for all those miracles, the doctor discharged you, you had the strength to pause the iv, clamp it then tell your Mum. praise God for your mum as well; it's so comforting to know we have care when we need it.
I don't know which hospital this was, but I would be suing the pants off them. And I am not one who would resort to that easily. This is appalling, and that doctor should have been fired, stripped of his medical license, and blacklisted from any and all medical-related jobs. This incenses me. Were they **trying** to kill you? Wow... You praying, and God answering you like that! Beautiful. Just like Him to provide ways for us!
I live in NZ and after visiting our hospital with symptoms similar to POTS, severe breathlessness and lightedheadedness with just walking from room to room in my small home, it was suggested I take Midazolam by a cardiac nurse. I was under my GP at the time living in my own home. I told my doctor I would think about it. This was prescribed as a medicine for my anxiety, because my symptoms had been completely ignored. A definitive diagnosis was never determined, only ‘possible heart failure’. I am only a lay person, but what I read about the medication told me NOT to take the medication. That was 3 years ago now. I still have symptoms, but use my, time to research my condition and seriously read and study the Bible as well as other philosophies. I am grateful God is helping those like yourself. Big pharmaceutical companies want to push their drugs on us all. I appreciate you telling your story. God bless you. I send lots of Love. All things are possible with Christ. Heaven is our real home ❤❤❤❤

Oh my gosh that is such a nightmare!! What the doctor did was truly criminal and she should be in jail. Did you file a complaint and take any type of legal action after the incident?
I never reported the doctor. It is very likely nothing would have happened to the doctor. You can give a person a medicine he/she has a known allergy to if you closely monitor the patient, and the doctor decides it is a life or death situation. The doctor was adamant I needed the morphine to slow down my breathing. She could have dictated this in the notes as being a life or death situation. When I had the reaction to the morphine, the doctor noted it as anxiety. This would clear her of any actions against her stating I had an allergic reaction. Also, when she tried to disconnect me from my ventilator, there is a law which states if the patient is at the end of life and two doctors agree there is nothing more which can be done for the patient, the doctor can discontinue life saving treatment, which includes using a ventilator. As for putting me into a drug-induced coma, this can be noted as trying to ease the patient's suffering. This is commonly done when disconnecting a patient from life support to prevent the patient from going into distress. The doctor thought I was at the end of life. She thought there was nothing more which could be done. I am sure she wrote this in her notes which would clear her of all wrong-doing.
Thank you for clarifying. I never heard of the law mentioned in the second paragraph. I always thought that in the US the patient is only disconnected from life support if the patient clearly states their wishes while competent or if the family gives consent. These situations require a lot of constant communication between families and health workers. If the doctor truly believed you were actively dying then her actions aren’t criminal.
@@SuperHappyAlice1 End of life is very complicated. A person can have an advanced directive outlining what he/she wishes to be done, but the person designated as the patient's healthcare representative can act either according to the patient's wishes or do as he/she pleases. And ultimately, it is the medical staff who executes the wishes. Legally, the medical staff has to honor the wishes of the healthcare representative, but if the medical staff does not honor the wishes, the only way to reprimand the medical staff is by suing them. That takes time and lots of money. The USA is not nationally licensed. If a doctor loses his license for malpractice in one state, he simply moves to another state and can get re-certified to practice in a different state. Regarding the law with two doctors agreeing the patient is at the end of life, this has been highly contested. Many people have died due to this law being used inappropriately. In the medical field there is a hierarchy. A senior doctor can ask a junior doctor to sign off that a patient is at the end of life. This may be a completely false statement, but the junior doctor knows if he disagrees, he will most likely lose his job. There have been a number of people who were not at the end of life, but the doctor got mad at the patient or believed the patient should not live. The doctor either withheld antibiotics for an infection (causing the infection to spread and serious complications to arise), put a diabetic into a drug induced coma (and withheld food and drink causing catastrophic complications from diabetes) or outright killed the patient with a lethal dose of sedatives. There has been no legal recourse because if the person died, he/she must have been at the end of life. People have tired to get the law rescinded, but the belief is medical staff will not misuse the law and if someone is at the end of life, we need to save money by ending the person's life.
We literally got tied up in a situation where doctor after doctor after doctor covered for a medication mistake then had made that had caused my husband to seize. This when on for 15 years and once Steve stopped taking the medication for the seizures we could see his insulin was the problem, as every time he took his insulin he would seized. I addressed doctor #1 who took nearly 50% of my husband baseline insulin away through his pump. We seen crazy things after such as horrible manic episodes but for a long time we could not explain it (literally I just believed my husband was dying). Dr two was part of the same medical group and gave Steve medications that would cause him to seize at night as he slept. We figured the two doctors were covering for that medical group so we went onto another one thinking we would be safe there. Although I did record the visit for my own safety as nothing seemed impossible anymore. Sure enough I caught her on tape making life threatening changes to my husband pump and she DID nearly kill him. The office of professional misconduct has/is investigating. We currently know doctor #1 will get away with it. As far as we know doctor 2 and 3 is still on going. I don't think they are going to do anything though. It is truly sad they can kill us and get away with it. And trust me when I said these doctors knew 100% what they were doing to my poor husband and he suffered so bad for many years.
@@elizabethpastore4528 Thank you so sharing some of your story with me. I am so sorry you and your husband went through so much. I cannot imagine everything you endured. All my best to you and your husabnd.
Wow! So sorry you went through that. You had all the symptoms of it being a morphine allergy. And of course if your having difficulty breathing you would be anxious. Ativan? Just why?
The combination of morphine and Ativan causes sedation and coma. (If large enough doses are given, the combination can cause death.) The doctor most likely knew the drugs would highly sedate me and prevent me from interfering with further treatment plans.
I've mostly had nurses pull this kind of stuff, but my doctors have, too. Our panels tried to put me to sleep. Anyway, stuff that "normal" people can' understand, I am allergic to Haldol. When they put me on it, I will do weird things like take off my clothing and do weird things. They said I was being psychotic again. Haldol erases my memory for several hours. I will not know who I am or where I am. The most dangerous time they attempted to kill me was when my blood pressure was 60/30. I got an NOS personality disorder. The doctor probably thought you were a waste of resources. I have a lot of supportive people now, so that is less likely to happen in the light. I know what that is like though. At least you didn't get a lobotomy or made a schizophrenic lose what logic and reason they had. This country is corrupt in ways that can't be put into language.
oh what the fuck, it's really curious the extend of some people's stupidity. Like at least where I live we are quite cautious of medical mistakes and there is nothing scarier than patients who are physicians themselves because of how well they can evaluate your decisions. Very sorry this happened to you, can't understand how people like that are practising

It was finally removed after being capped and finding I could once again breathe on my own. I'm so sorry this happened to you. I am also very glad that by the grace of God you persevered!
Thank you for sharing some of your story with me. I am so sorry that happened to you. I cannot imagine everything you went through. I am so glad you were able to have it removed and are able to breathe on your own. All my best to you.
I am sorry what happened to you and glad you made it through the dark tunnel. I think it is important that you take some action against the doctor in order to save other lives. This was not her first time nor will it be the last. How many lives need to be taken by her until someone does something. I think because of your experience it is partly your responsibility to do something, what ever is possible. Whether its a letter to the hospital, an oversight board, health department, taking legal representation, or whatever means you can think of. Please don't let this slide. Use your voice and save others...
I’m sorry to hear this. U keep strong. U deserve to live for many more years to come. ❤ in my prayers x
Thank you so much.
So scary. Medical workers are so scary. Instead of helping people they bring so much harm. Not sure if people are buying fake degrees. People look out for your love ones while they are in the Hospitals and nursing homes.
Thank you for sharing.
❤❤❤ I pray for you everyday. In 2023 doctors thought i had a mitocondrial disease. All your symptoms were similar to mine. I watched your videos and cried. 10 months later dr. Found a treatment and like a miracle i came out of it. I think it was god giving me a second chance. I pray for you. I pray for your mom.
Thank you for sharing. I am so happy a treatment was found, and you came out of it. Thank you for your prayers. I appreciate them.
I'm happy that you listen to the voice of God 🙏
Thank you.
Holy F what a craaazy story. First I'm an Rn some critical thinking on the RN part woulda been nice. We don't have to blindly follow docs orders. Second It's so sad how cheap life has become in the medical field. They were so quick to disconnect u
Thank you for your support.
it is so terrifying how they are above the law and they know it. predators go where the prey is and yet people get so angry when we speak up about what really goes on in hospitals.. 😢😢😢
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing and liking it. I appreciate your support. I am sorry to hear about the man in Greece. How heart breaking.
O my dear Heavenly Father thank you for saving my friend .
Thank you.
This must have been a terrible experience! Which is why I recommend you to Canada hospital care! Canada hospital care is one of the best healthcare centres in the world!
Thank you for sharing.
The number of medical mistakes is astonishing.
Yes it is.
God has you in his hands;i have never heard such a testimony. hallelujah for all those miracles, the doctor discharged you, you had the strength to pause the iv, clamp it then tell your Mum. praise God for your mum as well; it's so comforting to know we have care when we need it.
Yes. The story was full of so many miracles. I am thankful for everything. It helps me know I am never alone.
God is faithful! Thank you for sharing your testimony y. It was truly the Lord who ordered your steps. He goes before us and makes a way.
Yes, so true. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much for sharing. I appreciate your insight. Thank you also for all your kindness.
But how could your Dr. DO THAT if you did NOT sign a DNR order?
That is a good question.
Thank you for sharing some of your story with me. I am so sorry you have been through so much. Thank you for all your kindness. I really appreciate it.
🥰

How terrifying. Did you file a complaint against that doctor?
No, I did not.
did you file a complaint about the doctor with the state?
No I did not.
This is educational thank you.
Thank you for watching.
Praise be to God for saving your life.
Thank you.
This is not related with this particular video but, can I ask you if you 'd been tested for Lyme anytime?
I would have to go back in my medical records. I believe I was.
Thank you for sharing some of your story with me. I am so sorry you have been through so much. I cannot imagine everything you have endured.
oh what the fuck, it's really curious the extend of some people's stupidity. Like at least where I live we are quite cautious of medical mistakes and there is nothing scarier than patients who are physicians themselves because of how well they can evaluate your decisions. Very sorry this happened to you, can't understand how people like that are practising

Praise the Lord he told you what to do and your mother came in when she did ! 👏🙏😳 that person , because they no longer hold the title of ‘ doctor’ in my world ! Please let us know the identities of the staff
I do not know the identity of the staff. I did not write down their names.
This is why we should always have a loved one accompany us if we must go to a hospital. With the values of “depopulation” to “save the planet” being openly discussed by the wealthiest and most politically influential people; especially after the 2020 power grab-hospitals are not safe places.
Thank you for sharing.
Oh my gosh, Why haven't you published the names of these murderous and incompetent medical professionals? Its fascinating how the whole team hadn't done the most basic training on your IV pump, nor how to correctly measure and fit your trache, considering that is their specialty!
The situation happened in 2017. I do not remember the name of the doctor. Even if I got the medical records, I could not be sure who the doctor was. There were a number of doctors on my medical team.
@@LifewithaVent still, I hope when you raised your concerns at the time, the hospital took it seriously and the procedures for patient allergy information was better handled! Your story is inspiring, I’m glad you’ve had the strength and desire to tell your truth!
Thank you. I appreciate all your support.

God is so good, alleluia!
Amen.
wow, this is a serious case of medical malpractice!! You should consult an attorney. The hospital will be Forced to identify the doctor!
Thanks for your suggestion. What the doctor did was actually legal. There is a law which states if two doctors agree that a patient is at the end of life and nothing else can be done, placing the patient in a drug-induced coma and stopping life supporting services is permissible.
😅
WOW!!!! Praise The Good LORD!!!!

Hello My Dear and Precious Friend That is some story. Can You tell me why you were in the Hospital what was happening to you? I am So Very Glad that Jesus gave you the Courage to Fight through and you got Discharged Home.
Hello. I was in the hospital because I was having difficulty breathing. My tracheostomy tube was too long and was digging into my trachea. I hope you are having a great day.
Well I feel for your story but we literally had a doctor intentionally try to kill my husband using his insulin pump. I hope you feel safe we don't.
I am so sorry to hear this.
Oh my God.
God is good!

What happened to First do no harm? Thst doctor was ending your life and i do feel a law suit should be iniated. I hope you have a legal document to say that all efforts of Life Maintenance is your (and your family's) choice. You are not safe with the medic system there, and my heart breaks. My mother DIED after being given 3 doses of 4mg of Morphine( spaced out of course,- although that wasn't the reason for her death two hours later.
Thank you for sharing. I am so sorry to hear about your mother's death. May her memory be a blessing.
Who are these weirdo Dr's? We are lucky in Victoria to have a Respiratory specialist team, the only state in Australia to have a central point of excellence at the Austin hospital. To centralise the skills adds a dimension of expertise that is sometimes lost in peripheral services. I would ask as a nurse how did they not know your IV was not running- that's bad from them good for you. And deciding your end of life state without consultation? Run from there and never go back. Layers of bad like a onion.
Thank you for sharing. I am so happy you have a respiratory specialist team in Victoria. That is fantastic. Yes, I have never returned to that hospital. It was not a good experience.
OMG. Super terrifying. God has a wonderful plan for your life and satan has been trying so hard for you not to fulfill it. The devil is a liar. Thank God He preserved your life for you to be able to help many all over the world. May God continue to bless and protect you in Jesus Name.

Sounds like your doctors think your a hypochondruac with self induced muchausens.
Do you have a serologic or tissue diagnosis?
Im not trying to diagnose. Just looking for info
I have Mitochondrial Disease. It is diagnosed by genetic testing.
@LifewithaVent yes as a MD ie mainly ER, i never heard of it. Thanks for the info. I did look up some basic info. Thanks for bringing this group of disorders to my attention.
Do you plan to pursue a career in research or something?
@@LifewithaVent does the vent create a dependency. Do you run the vent simv? Serms like over time the vent would weaken the diaphragm and its nerve innervation. Are you and your doctors trying to get you off the vent? Not advice, im just curious. Seem like the mitochondrial disease could create a vent need but the vent could create more of a need throulgh neuromuscular derugulation.
Have you considered getting a pharma job to research this ie mitochondrial disease
Seems like the cause isnt entirely clear.
Seems like since like 20 years ago when scientists learned to characterize large molecule structures and now with large molecule immunomodulators and computerized molecular recognition softmare, drug design is becoming highly targeted. Research would start with causation, they crystalizing the entity and then designing probably a large injectable protien/ macromolecule.
If i were you i would join a pharma research team
@@ricksmith1673 Thank you so much for all the information. The vent can create a dependency if the cuff on the tracheostomy tube is never deflated, or if the person never goes off the vent. I use AC (assist control). I deflate my cuff throughout the day. I also can disconnect from my vent for short periods of time. There is no plan to take me off the vent. I have not considered getting a pharma job. That is great advice--i.e., joining a pharma research team. Thank you so much for the insight. I really appreciate it.
