It is the largest city in East Africa and the seventh-largest in Africa, with a projected population of 5,275,315 in 2019.[3] On the Swahili coast, Dar es-Salaam is an important economic centre and one of the fastest growing cities in the world.[4]

I also entered public transportation at that early hours sometimes and you Never needed to Be scared of what We Nigerians Call "one chance" buses, lol. I like it when a Kenyan comes to Tanzania and appreciate everything she/he sees.
There has been this stupid competition by some people from both sides.
Dsm and Nairobi are the bigest cities in east Africa, while Nairobi was much more developed, Dsm is developing very fast nowadays. Nairobi has things that you can't find in Dsm and Dsm has so many things that you can't find in Nairobi, particularly the beaches and islands.
