    My favourite combo of all time. Agree totally with most things but we do reach up to grab things so not quite correct.

    I have shoulder problems as of today. Probably due to doing presses. I am not sure they are a natural movement. Nor am I sure weight training is for me.

    I've been doing is recommended shoulder exercises for only six weeks now and my shoulders are bigger than I've ever been with no pain.
