Thank you for being so honest and vulnerable with your community. I appreciate you ❤ and I’m looking forward to more content, glad you’re healthy again.
So nice to see you back making videos. I bought your book when it was published and watched/followed a lot of your videos. Your book is absolutely amazing and the quality of your videos is really something else. Take care and be sure that your superb work is greatly appreciated. I searched for your channel this morning as I had neglected my hypopressive exercises.
Thanks for the kind words and for the donation. I really appreciate both. I’m just back from my family vacation and preparing to (once again) start making new videos 😊 Good luck with getting back to your Hypopressives. Let me know if there are any additional videos you would like to see and I will add them to the list 💖🌸😊
It’s always a pleasure to hear you. So happy to see you are healthy and ready to making more content. Your yin yoga poses have helped me so much with my pelvic floor. Sending you warm greetings from Norway 🇳🇴
Oh my gosh. A perfect explanation for why you need to have a break! 😜 I appreciate ALL the videos you have loaded. I just found your channel as my physical therapist is guiding me in Hypopressive breath work.
Thank you for the update! You asked for suggestion. Could you provide stretches/ moves for tailbone pain? Thank you for re starting videos and keeping it simple. Much healthier and blessing to you!
Thank you for your honesty and courage. I was recently diagnosed with two prolapses and have found your videos very useful and easy to understand. Please continue but don't burn yourself out!
I love this channel! Happy that you're back! Can you make a video about back muscles, how to keep them strong but not rigid, and at the same time elastic enough and soft? Thank you for your help and effort ☺️
For a new video idea: a beginner workout for someone with degenerative disk disease - lumbar spine. So for someone whose low back is very sensitive to more than small movements. Yet, I want to build strength and flexibility!
Great idea! Did you see the chair yoga video? That one could be good in this instance: th-cam.com/video/71e4P5cpS1g/w-d-xo.htmlsi=eFA_cOAVVB94BsoJ it’s really good when you have limited mobility 😊
Thanks for the blessings! I have to say, it has been pretty exhausting, but I am hoping I can use sensible boundaries this year to create content without burning myself out. We will see how it goes!
@@TheFlowerEmpowered Good for you! Boundaries are so key. We all have to learn to put ourselves 1st. It feels uncomfortable alot of the times, especially for women, but in the end we can't give from an empty tank. I will keep you in my prayers! You've already done so much good for so many!
I too had adenomyosis. I had a hysterectomy at the end of 2020. Thanks for making this. I think ppl forget that there are real ppl behind these videos. ❤
It’s important to talk about these things so we all realise we are not alone. Hopefully you are feeling good after the hysterectomy and thank you for the kind and supportive words 😊🌸
Video idea- How to help support a bladder prolapse. I was diagnosed yesterday. Im 16wpo radical hysterectomy and bowel resection. I had adenomyosis and stage 4 endometriosis. This feels like such a setback in my recovery. Im trying to be proactive and help myself. Many thanks.
Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I’ll add your video idea to the list. What degree of prolapse have they diagnosed? And did they suggest a pessary for internal support? Try to keep the chin up. I live a really active life with my rectocele - there is hope! Also, where are you located? If in UK, you may be able to do the latest myofascial release treatment. I mention it in the book.
This was really hard to sit through. I know u wanna put something out, but maybe a re-upload would be better. The content is a whole lot of nothing for the 1st 6mins if that makes any sense. Not being in the mood is a 100% valid reason on its own to not post vids. We aren't entitled to details about your personal life. If your other followers are being aggressive, then def report/block. Anyways, welcome back!
Wow, @Greydrops, you do realize that you have the ability to STOP watching a video. Or even better, especially for the benefit of the rest of us, UNSUBSCRIBE to the channel.
Thank you so much for all your videos uploaded so far! They helped me a lot! So glad to know you are well. Thanks for your inspiration and for sharing your knowledge in your book, it’s a true pelvic floor bible!!! 🩷 Thank you!!!
