feeling depressed for no reason? Here’s why.

  • Do you ever just feel kind of… “eh”
    As though, on the surface, life is pretty good and you should be feeling quite happy, but you’re just not. You might look around and search for reasons as to why you’re feeing this way, but there’s nothing that really stands out, nothing that would cause you to feel so down on an otherwise normal day.
    Symptoms might include a sense of emptiness, a lack of joy, or just no motivation to do anything you usually find meaningful. According to psychology there’s a name for this feeling, but it’s not depression. This feeling is called languishing.
